Contact Workflow Visibility with Jobs V2
I would like to be able to make my contact workflows visible by "assignees" only while using Jobs V2, but currently this is not an option as there is no field to add the assignee when creating a contact with Jobs V2.

Phone number Extension to allow letters
We like to put a NAME by the phone number, in the "Extension" field, so we can distinguish who we are calling from the contact information. Right now, only numbers can be entered in the Extension field, please allow letters also.

Completely Hide archived contacts
I would like archived contacts completely hidden from view even when adding a contact to the Related Contact field. I don't want archived contacts to come up as an option on that list

Manually Enter Contact Numbers
The ability to assign contact numbers manually.
1 voteThis would break sequential ordering in the system as is and we would have to create validation that the same number does not already exist. As such, Will not be added in the foreseeable future.

"Contact Fields" and "Insert Template Field" Combined
When you create an email template (especially for automation) you can easily select and insert a template field that populates information into the email (i.e. customer name, address, ect.). Part of the selection is "Contact Others" where you can select "Approved Invoices-Balance Due." This populates the amount due in the email, which is very useful. If you made it so that we could have the same option to use "Insert Template Field" when customizing the Contact Fields, we could do many things, including have the Balance Due right at the top of the contact.

Assigning a New Contact
I would love to be able to customize what is included in the email to the assigned sales rep when they get this notification from Job Nimbus. We currently utilize the notes section for important information and it would be really nice if I could have this note appear in the initial email to the sales rep.

Be able to use blank space to the right of contacts
Currently when viewing a contact, the right side of the contact is an entire unused blank space. It would be helpful to have this space customizable and used for additional contact status information that would be helpful for us to have at a glance.

Disable the ENTER key from being the same as SAVE. I'd like to be able to use EITHER the Tab key OR Enter key when moving through the form
I'd like to be able to use EITHER the Tab key OR Enter key when moving through the form. Currently, when I hit Enter it CLOSES THE EDIT AND GOES BACK TO CONTACT PAGE.

Create/Allow Custom Creation of Tabs Adjacent to Work Orders tab. (See Photo)

Improve flow of setting up job/contact
Intuitive flow on setting up a contact and jobs. 1. You have two tabs for adding contacts on the contact page. If the correct one is not chosen they will not connect to original intake and not appear on the sales funnel. Your training description read choose upper right corner. They are both in the upper right corner. This is extremely confusing and causes a great deal of problems as the jobs and followup move forward. 2. A way to map or autopopulate data from custom contact fields to jobs
I'd like to be able to autopopulate the data entered into custom contact fields to the same custom fields for jobs. If there could be a setting to allow the fields to be mapped or to transfer the data over that would be very helpful.

Subcontractor contact list - see important documents quickly
One feature I liked in coconstruct is their subcontractor's contact list including a place where I can upload their W9, insurance documents etc and assign expiration dates. So every time I look at the subcontractor's contact list I can see right away if one of these documents has expired. They also give the option of loading other documents this way.
