Margin slider stays stable when editing prices on items
When editing items in SumoQuote the margin slider sometimes moves on it’s own to adjust. We want it to always stay constant, or at least have an option for that.

Refine search results in SumoQuote
Refine search results: When searching for part of a name on the project page, the search returns no projects with the specific name. For example, when searching for the name "Nathan", all projects show up. But when using the address, or a different part of the name (last name "Lanham"), the search returns the correct project. Using " " does not assist in searching the correct project.

Content Mapping between esigning page and orders
Would like the Comment section found on the esigning page to map over to material orders once in JobNimbus so that the production team doesn't have to go searching for notes on the PDF and add them manually to the order.

Sales person automatically added to authorization page as a signer
Within a layout, include a way to enable the sales person to be added as a signer automatically so that sales teams don't forget to add themselves to quotes when signing is required by state law.

Toggle between estimate & quote wording
It would be beneficial to be able to set a toggle with the initial estimate setup to use the correct wording. We can only supply estimates on work, not quotes. That would be awesome if there were a toggle to change the wording between the two.

Customer sign off
When customers open an Estimate they are confused as how to pick the option they want and sign off. I think the NEXT button throws them off. Can it be labeled differently to make it more clear? Like "choose options and sign" or something. I think they are thinking that when they tap next that it signs it.

Mapping Company, Customer, Job Information on the Cover Sheet
SQ could map several pieces of information on the Cover Page of the quote.
There is a great deal of real estate on the various Cover Page Layouts.
It would be nice if we could place our company info, contact and or job information, or just some plain text onto the Cover Page. It could be accomplished through tokens or just plain text.3 votes -
Character Limit warning on quote details line items
Update error message when Quote details page line items exceed the line item character limit (4004). Or create a character limit warning on the line item itself to indicate when a user has too many characters and the PDF won't generate.

New Project Status for Completed and Archived projects
Create a "completed" status that would archive a project so that it didn't show up on the project home page or come back as a search result. Being able to archive lost projects would also help clean up searches and the project page.

The discount feature doesnt seem to work
Adding a discount in the estimate with a negative number does not appear to be reflected in the total price at the bottom. The description of the discount is added about the price, but the discount amount won't populate.

Manual Financing Options recorded on signed quote PDF
When a manual financing option is selected on a quote, have the financing option recorded on the PDF for the homeowner and office personnel to reference quickly. Also have a financing email sent when financing is selected (on a manual financing entry) to notify office staff to check for financing.

Label the Order with the name already used as the "Order Type"
When creating an order from an order layout, have the "Order type" name already in the order layout used as the order name. This would be far more efficient instead of having to manually rename every order - since we've already put this information into SumoQuote.
Much like how the report layouts show the "Report Type" from the title page on the report card - you only have to name this once.

Adding an internal notes section to a quote.
Customer requested the ability to record notes on a per quote basis that were stored within SumoQuote but only visible internally for contractor use.

CRITICAL FEATURE: Cash Discounts - (discounts that only apply to certain payment options)
We are thrilled to see that SumoQuote is making it easier to showcase financing options and payment amounts. However, most contractors who offer financing also offer a cash discount. This is a critical feature for us.
Dealer fees are expensive so we build it into our markup, but we offer a lower cost if the customer chooses a self-pay option rather than financing. It would be great if we could add discounts that are only available for specific payment options. For example, 10% off but only if you choose to pay-in-full.
Bonus points: Discounts based on deposit amount would also…

NSE Estimate - Ability to edit without resending for signature
It would be nice to be able to send an estimate draft to a customer, ask them what option they like and if they want any other add-ons. Then send the estimate for a signature.
