Need any changes made in option 1 to transfer to the other options in the bid
If I have a estimate that has 3 options and I notice that I have the wrong number for rolls of felt I have to either change it in all options manually or go back and change my token entry and then start a new estimate. I would be great if I could edit option 1 and then option 2 and 3 mirrored the change.

Need to be able to round the total to even number or a number that ends in 99, 95, or 00
it would be great if we could round the total amount to a whole number and zero out the cents

"Pay in Full" Language on Customer's Signing Page
If financing is enabled on a sent estimate, on the Customer’s signing page they see a question, “How will you pay?” The options are “Pay in Full” and “Financing”. I think the "Pay in Full" language is limiting because you may offer 50% down/50% remainder or staggered payments. A better phrasing would be, “Do you want to use financing? Yes or no.” It accomplishes the same thing without confusing or misleading the customer’s payment terms if they don't want financing.

Copy calculations with measurement tokens
Because any product/service is duplicated multiple times based on units and supplier integrations and many manufactures of similar products It would be great if I could nail a calculation and copy/paste it to other like products. Right now if I make a complicated equation, I can copy paste but it doesn't pick up the measurement token. I have to go in and replace the pasted text with the corresponding measurement token. It would be nice if it just recognized the tokens or even just made it easier to attach the correct token based on the text that is written (hover…

Upgrades based on live pricing
An upgrade in my definition is a substitution of one product for another (better or equivalent). I want to base an upgrade on live material pricing. I.e Upgrade Malarkey Highlander to Malarkey Vista. An upgrade product should let me link this product to Malarkey Highlander and Malarkey Vista and make the value the difference between the two products.
Right now, the "Better" option that shows the Malarkey Vista upgrade just adds Malarkey Vista but doesn't subtract Malarkey Highlander which is on the "Good" base contract. This makes the upgrade to Malarkey Vista 10x higher than it should be. Great profit…1 vote -
Add Labor option to supplier integrated materials.
I changed everything to separate Materials and Labor upon learning supplier integrated materials can't have labor attached. I liked only adding one product to get the material and labor added but the live pricing is more important than ease of use. Why not give us the ability to toggle an integrated material product to material and labor so we can get the best of both worlds.

I want to be able to delete products.
I have so many hidden products because we changed how we approached building estimates. They were never used on an estimate but now it is just always there (especially products that I had created labor+material but had to scrap when supplier products imported and I had to separate the labor). On the same subject, within a product I want to delete units (especially supplier imported products). I have several supplier imported products that came in with 4 units on it that are not unique (bx,box,bd) - all the same just the suppier looked to be covering their bases. I don't…

More customization on the estimate page.
I would like to be able to bold, add color, italicize, underline, and change size of the text on products; both in the name and description of the product. For a complex house more line items are required but I don't want multiple pages per estimate.
On the estimate page It would be awesome to change the design of the page to include the customers information. I feel very uncomfortable sending an estimate where on the actual estimate page doesn't include any identifying information.2 votes -
NSE - Product Selection on the authorization page
Put a section in the "signing and upgrades" section to add color selections like it is in SumoQuote. This makes it very simple and straight forward for customers to indicate their product selections.

A Toggle To Still Charge For But Easily Hide the Sales Tax Amount From Showing On The Estimate
We need to charge sales tax but it would be great if there was a toggle to show or not show that sales tax on estimates. We would like to just show the final total estimate number on the estimate. It presents well and homeowners and contractors alike prefer it.
I know there's work arounds but those just cause other problems.

NSE Estimate/Quote details page - Line item name from Product & Services shouldn't populate, or if it does, should be better.
When creating an estimate in the NSE using a product/item from JobNimbus Product & Services "library/catalog", the Product Name is pulled into the first line of the item field and put in-line with the actual first line of the Product description. This causes the first line to look jumbled on the finished estimate. Attached is a screenshot of when creating the estimate, and one of what the customer sees. Add Additional Markup or Discount
In the stand alone SumoQuote on the estimates detail page there was the option to "Add Additional Markup or Discount" That has been changed in the JobNimbus version to only be "Add Discount" The only way to adjust it is with the margin slider which alters every line item and is a pian to fix if you need to undo anything because you have to go back and individually fix each line item.

Automatically Calculate Labor Overhead as a percentage of planned labor dollars
We have a percentage of overhead that we budget for based on every labor dollar to be paid out on a job. We'd like to be able to automatically add overhead to every labor dollar in our estimate. Similar to a sales tax for every material we purchase, we'd like to add a difference percentage to labor dollars.

Company Rep Signature needs to be on Proposals
In the state of MD home improvement contracts require a signature from a licensed company representative. We aren't able to add that to the estimate layout within the settings so we have to manually add it and then sign it via email.

SumoQuote - Default Legacy Estimate Templates
When SumoQuote brings an estimate into JobNimbus, there is no way for me to choose which default template it generates as and seems to be random. Can this be fixed in future updates?

Negative number on line item returns "NaN" if you start with "-"
Negative number on line item returns "NaN" if you start with "-". This can be circumvented if you write your number first, then add the negative sign to the beginning of the number after the fact but is still a bit of an annoyance. We are putting our discounts in the items because the estimate does not properly convert discounts to invoices and to quickbooks.

When creating a quote on the introduction page Customer name deleting when using "&"between the names
When creating an estimate on the introduction page, when there are two Customer first name's, it will delete both names if you used an "&" and only display customer last name. If you write out "and" it will display both first names and last name as intended. Seems like a small bug and is not crucial.

Integrate SumoQuote with GAF QuickMeasure
We would like the option to have SumoQuote integrate with GAF Quickmeasure. The reports cost half as much as EagleView Premium reports and they have the same tokens we use to build out the quotes from EagleView. This would save us a thousands of dollars to use QuickMeasure instead. I uploaded a sample file review

Mobile Browser - Project PDF not loading
I am using the mobile browser app on my iPhone 15 and I am getting an error when viewing the PDF
"This browser does not support inline PDFs. Please download the PDF to view it: Download PDF"
I don't want to download the PDF, the browser should just let me view the PDF without having to download.

Formatting Text Pages
It would be nice for the custom pages in NSE to be able to be easily formatted similar to word/docs. When moving content in, there is a lot of juggling spacing
