High Volume Photo Share with Clients
While the SumoQuote system does have the ability to add photos to quotes on the inspection page, we need a way to handle high volumes of photos. Commercial jobs as well as insurance jobs can require lots of documentation. Hundreds of photos or more can be needed, but this causes issues with loading and with generating the PDF's. We need a method by which we can share larger volumes, either higher compression for PDF viability or some sort of link to cloud access.

Ability to Lock Specific Estimate Page Layouts from Salesmen Editing
Create a feature where the admin that created the estimate template can LOCK certain pages, so that a sales rep cannot edit them in the field (either by accident or on purpose). The best example would be the Home Improvement Contract/Terms and Conditions. I would never want my salesmen editing that.

Input payment schedule into estimate (contract)
Allow for payment schedule to be inputted into the estimate and allow it to transfer directly to the invoice. This would allow invoicing to be seamless through the process. This is especially important to insurance restoration. The “deposit” would be the deductible. It is critical that contractors can show the deductible paid as an individual transaction. In Texas, the insurance company will not release the withheld depreciation until proof of paid deductible is produced.
We need the functionality that allows us to break out more payments (not just by %).

Reviewing estimate data
After an estimate is worked up and signed, if you click it you only have the ability to see the pdf version but not the quantities and price of each Item that is listed.. It is helpful for managers to be able to review the estimate and how it was worked up. If there is a way like the old job nimbus where you could click on it and not only see the PDF version but the data that built it out it would be very helpful.

Don't force the "Taxable Subtotal" to be displayed on the Quote Details. Instead, make it an option.
When a customer looks at the quote details page, they see:
- Quote Total
- Taxable Subtotal
- Tax
- Total
This is too much information that leads to confusion from the customer, and unnecessary phone calls or emails to attempt to explain why we have to list so much fluff.2 votes -
Auto-Populate All Related Contact Information in New Sales Experience for Signature Routing
In the current New Sales experience within JobNimbus, when adding signers for a document, only the Primary Contact’s Name and Email auto-populate for signature. However, other Related Contacts (e.g., co-owners, spouses, or additional decision-makers) that are already associated with the job or contact record are not available in the signer dropdown and must be manually searched, copied, and pasted.

Please enhance the signer selection functionality to include all Related Contacts attached to the job or contact record, allowing users to quickly select them when assigning signers for digital signatures.Why This Matters:

Using Sumo as a Contingency
It would be nice to be able to use the Sumo Quote as a contingency agreement, but be able to toggle the ($0.00) amount that shows on the estimate details page and or signing page. Makes things awkward when a contractor may not know how much insurance is paying on a job at that point.
It would also be really nice if you could set it up in modules. Contingency Module is connected to the Estimate, which unlocks once the Contingency is signed. That way everything stays connected. Therefore taking what Insurance has given for the job, entering that into…

SumoQuote - Editing the name on the Project only changes the name on the signature line and does not edit the name in fields in the estimate
Editing Projects- Would like the name fields in previously created projects to update when the Customers details are edited. It only populates the correct (new) name on the signature line.

Need any changes made in option 1 to transfer to the other options in the bid
If I have a estimate that has 3 options and I notice that I have the wrong number for rolls of felt I have to either change it in all options manually or go back and change my token entry and then start a new estimate. I would be great if I could edit option 1 and then option 2 and 3 mirrored the change.

"Pay in Full" Language on Customer's Signing Page
If financing is enabled on a sent estimate, on the Customer’s signing page they see a question, “How will you pay?” The options are “Pay in Full” and “Financing”. I think the "Pay in Full" language is limiting because you may offer 50% down/50% remainder or staggered payments. A better phrasing would be, “Do you want to use financing? Yes or no.” It accomplishes the same thing without confusing or misleading the customer’s payment terms if they don't want financing.

Copy calculations with measurement tokens
Because any product/service is duplicated multiple times based on units and supplier integrations and many manufactures of similar products It would be great if I could nail a calculation and copy/paste it to other like products. Right now if I make a complicated equation, I can copy paste but it doesn't pick up the measurement token. I have to go in and replace the pasted text with the corresponding measurement token. Upgrades based on live pricing
An upgrade in my definition is a substitution of one product for another (better or equivalent). I want to base an upgrade on live material pricing. I.e Upgrade Malarkey Highlander to Malarkey Vista. An upgrade product should let me link this product to Malarkey Highlander and Malarkey Vista and make the value the difference between the two products.
Right now, the "Better" option that shows the Malarkey Vista upgrade just adds Malarkey Vista but doesn't subtract Malarkey Highlander which is on the "Good" base contract. This makes the upgrade to Malarkey Vista 10x higher than it should be. Great profit…5 votes -
Add Labor option to supplier integrated materials.
I changed everything to separate Materials and Labor upon learning supplier integrated materials can't have labor attached. I liked only adding one product to get the material and labor added but the live pricing is more important than ease of use. Why not give us the ability to toggle an integrated material product to material and labor so we can get the best of both worlds.

I want to be able to delete products.
I have so many hidden products because we changed how we approached building estimates. They were never used on an estimate but now it is just always there (especially products that I had created labor+material but had to scrap when supplier products imported and I had to separate the labor). On the same subject, within a product I want to delete units (especially supplier imported products). I have several supplier imported products that came in with 4 units on it that are not unique (bx,box,bd) - all the same just the suppier looked to be covering their bases. I don't…

NSE - Product Selection on the authorization page
Put a section in the "signing and upgrades" section to add color selections like it is in SumoQuote. This makes it very simple and straight forward for customers to indicate their product selections.

A Toggle To Still Charge For But Easily Hide the Sales Tax Amount From Showing On The Estimate
We need to charge sales tax but it would be great if there was a toggle to show or not show that sales tax on estimates. We would like to just show the final total estimate number on the estimate. It presents well and homeowners and contractors alike prefer it.
I know there's work arounds but those just cause other problems.

NSE Estimate/Quote details page - Line item name from Product & Services shouldn't populate, or if it does, should be better.
When creating an estimate in the NSE using a product/item from JobNimbus Product & Services "library/catalog", the Product Name is pulled into the first line of the item field and put in-line with the actual first line of the Product description. This causes the first line to look jumbled on the finished estimate. Attached is a screenshot of when creating the estimate, and one of what the customer sees. Add Additional Markup or Discount
In the stand alone SumoQuote on the estimates detail page there was the option to "Add Additional Markup or Discount" That has been changed in the JobNimbus version to only be "Add Discount" The only way to adjust it is with the margin slider which alters every line item and is a pian to fix if you need to undo anything because you have to go back and individually fix each line item.
