Since I tend to work late night on my JN accounts, it would be helpful for homeowners to receive an email first thing in the morning rather than midnight. If we had an option to delay the email to be sent, it would look more professional on our end.

I agree strongly. Constantly I am working late night and caught between two choices- Tag my team and disrupt their time with family OR try and hope I remember tomorrow morning. This really disrupts me getting some solid work done after work hours. This would be a game changer!!!!!!!! This pertains to activity (notes) and also emails. Automations can be set by day/time but everyday emails/tags is what I'm referring to
