For insurance restoration projects with long supplement approvals and multiple trades, JobNimbus currently requires either a single open invoice or multiple invoices, neither of which aligns with industry payment practices.
Requested Improvements: 1) Enable progress billing on a single invoice, allowing partial payments to be applied and portions of the invoice to be marked as completed by phase or trade. 2) Update AR reporting to show progress payments and remaining balances against the total supplement amount. 3) Allow tracking of work completion by phase or trade within the invoice, using custom fields or structured notes.
These features would improve AR accuracy and better align JobNimbus with standard insurance restoration workflows. More information can be provided for this request.Karla Ferguson

By controlling which payment types are accepted for specific services, businesses can manage costs more effectively—offering lower-cost options like ACH or debit where margins are tight, and reserving higher-cost options for services where surcharges can be passed on or absorbed.

This is a field that is commonly skipped, even with the best intentions, as it cannot be set to 'required' as the other fields in the contact form fields.

Ability to make the lead source a required field to complete the contact. Similar to the contact fields with an options list. Training is good, but a required field is better for accurate reporting.
