An error occurred while saving the comment Steve Hund commentedIt's a competing product and I almost went with JobProgress because of this feature they have over JN. You can add notes, receive customer comments, upload photos for customer, and have contracts and invoices all available on a client portal. You chose what information in the job file that you want to also be "customer facing" in the portal.

To take it one step further, I know of several contractors besides myself that use Monday.com along with JN because there isn't a good internal communication board in JN. It's frustrating still having other programs and subscriptions for something as simple as in-office questions and comments. Tasks and notes should be in their own tab (not including appts) for a simple communication method.
