Hey yall! I’m AJ, a 21-year-old contractor managing 280+ clients in Louisiana, and now, with hurricane work in Texas, I’ve added even more to my plate. The biggest struggle? Keeping clients updated without drowning in back-and-forth communication.
My idea: a Client Portal in JobNimbus. Let clients log in, view their project status, documents, photos, and updates—instantly. No more chasing updates. It’s transparency and efficiency in one place.
This would be a game-changer for managing hundreds of clients while keeping them happy and informed.

It's a competing product and I almost went with JobProgress because of this feature they have over JN. You can add notes, receive customer comments, upload photos for customer, and have contracts and invoices all available on a client portal. You chose what information in the job file that you want to also be "customer facing" in the portal.
