This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.

I would like to see a customer portal available so the customer can see the notes and documents. Acculynx and monday have this feature and keeps the customer uptodate and reduces time for follow ups.
This is a critical feature I think JN needs to add as it will start losing customers over lack of accessible features.
