    Agreed! We have made our billable products start with numbers to pull them to the top, but we have salesmen creating invoices with products not income accounts in QBO because of this!! Not good.

    Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.

    The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.
