This is one of the most unprofessional features of JobNimbus and needs to be corrected immediately. When a job is accidently moved, If you use automation rules that send text message alerts to customers, as soon as the job is moved JN immediately sends a text message alerting the customer the job date has been moved. When the job is moved back to the correct date another text alert is immediately sent to the customer.
This single feature has caused more customer complaints than any part of our business and, unfortunately, has even resulted in a lost sale. This has been an ongoing issue for years and seems to be unavoidable because we have to use the month view from a browser on the phone in order to quickly see what is scheduled and when someone zooms in or zooms out a job can easily get moved. A simple toggle to lock the calendar would immediately solve this issue. This original request is more than 5 years old.
Certainly, other JN user are having this same issue. Why such a simple feature request takes this long to implement is a bit disheartening. Please do something to correct this thorn. Seriously guys, it's time!
