    Currently each item on the calendar is colored according to the assignee, but we always exploring new ideas and ways to better represent the information on the calendar.

    In the meantime, you can use icons in Task Type and Contact/Job/WO workflow settings to help distinguish between different types of items on the calendar.

    This system is working great, except that we have different types of leads that need to be easily distinguished. Right now to get a good sync on Google calendar that can be color coded by lead, we have to create the lead, then create a task within the lead, basically redoing ALL the steps done when creating the lead, THEN go into google calendar and color code it. If the contact calendar were able to sync with google, this would take one very lengthy step out of this process. OR if your calendar were flexible to allow for Color Coding for more than JUST the salesperson this would solve a HUGE headache we are having with the program. Also, the mobile app should be able to see the colors as well, so that in the field we can see what each type of lead is without clicking on every single one.
