Form - Help Button Hiding
This was super frustrating, I took the time for 45 minutes the first time 25 minutes creating a whole new form, but the dang help button with all of the updates and features was hiding the error message that popped up when I tried to save the form, so needless to say I lost the whole info.
Then I switched from "edge Browser" and went to Google, completed the whole dang form again, and it happened again, hiding what ever the dang error message was behind the tips and tricks icon in the bottom left. So frustrating, move the button,…

Signing Contracts
Too many calls from customers asking us to walk them through signing a contract...it should not be this difficult. I think what throws them off is when they click the "Review & Sign Quote" it takes them to the pdf and they think they are supposed to sign it. Most of them never even notice the blue "Continue" button that takes them to the page where they actually sign. I think removing the pdf and having the link take them directly to the sign page would make things exponentially easier for them and for our office staff. SumoQuote is great…

secondary sorting option for board settings
Once jobs are sorted by days in status (descending), there’s no additional filter to refine that order further. As a result, the list may appear somewhat randomized within that status group. When you open a job or contact under that status, it will randomize that job within the same days' status when returning to the board.

Calendar view access for Customers
We would like our customers to have where they click a link to schedule appointments through JN (likely a CRM or business management system). We currently use Google Calendar and it would be great if our customers could do that within JobNimbus.

Ability to save templates for profit tracker
Get request for the ability to save a profit tracker template that would allow different commissions, salesperson, plan cost settings to all be saved on a template, so it doesn't have to be entered in every single time.

Filter Feedback by Status in UserVoice
Can y'all add a way to filter this feedback page to remove closed requests? Said filter should include Denied, Completed, and/or ones still open. At times I have to scroll past so many denied requests, it slows down my search in finding viable answers or open requests by others.

Customize Top Nav Bar
I would like to be able to customize the top nav bar to fit my needs as an admin. I would like to be able to add a Contacts link as you currently have to go to the Boards to access Contacts, which makes zero sense. I would also like to swap Insights for Reports. I only go to Insights to access reporting, something I use daily. A quicker, direct link at the top of the page would save a lot of time. Other items such as Docs, Automations, etc would also be great to add to the top bar.…

NSE EagleView Order Activity Notifications
With the way NSE EagleView orders work, there is no activity posted to the job to show it was ordered or when it is completed. It also does not notify the person who ordered it unless you add your email at the end of the process. Should be able to have the sales rep/estimator notified automatically.

Add Subcontractor as recipients to task (New Jobs Shell)
Need the ability to add subcontractors as recipients on a task from the job in the New Jobs Shell. Currently can only add them from the calendar. This creates more work for us.

Updated Trainings are NEEDED!
There are several features that have been updated since we started using JN around 2 years ago. Sadly, 90% of the trainings offered are outdated. Most of the navigation, areas in which to find information, the overall UI has changed, too many variations between Android & iPhone users, etc. I've been having to create my own training guides and SOPs on JN due to the lack of updated trainings.
