    Id like to be able to move my pictures around in a systematic and numerical way. Meaning once I have my 50-100 photos uploaded into a job, I want to then label and organize based on the way I want the client and insurance to view my photos. ie: photo label(1 front view over all)(2 front right side overview) ( 3 leftside front view overview) so on and so forth as I label I want the option to either have a sort drop down button to either sort numerically or sort alphabetically. As of now I don't see a way…

  2. Integrated Time Tracking for Job Costing

    It would be incredibly valuable to have a time-tracking feature in JobNimbus that allows employees and managers to punch in or manually enter labor hours directly each day. This would streamline job costing by tracking labor costs more efficiently without relying on third-party software.

    Key benefits:
    - Integration with popular payroll and accounting software like ADP and QuickBooks.
    - Ability to export hours seamlessly for payroll processing.

    I’d gladly pay extra for this feature as it would save significant time and simplify tracking labor costs, which is currently cumbersome and expensive through third-party tools.

  3. Contact Automation With Ability to Change Type, Not Just Status

    This is needed because it is not possible to create a job automation with a parent contact Type condition. My workaround was going to be to have the parent contact of the job change to a status that is a trigger status to change the contact type (so the use of both a job and a contact automation to accomplish what we need).

  7. Invoice Line Item Lookup

    Currently, with NSE, estimate line items can be looked up within the Products & Services list based on either the name or the description. However, Invoices only have search functionality based on the product or service name. I would like this to be updated to match that of the newer estimates so I can search the same way on both records.

  9. Separate markups for material and labor

    Preference on separating the markup of material costs and labor costs. Having to create a product variant or separate product entirely for the separate markups causes double work and increases the points of error when creating an estimate. The biggest concern is human error in forgetting to add/remove the product in case of changes needing to be made after the estimate is created, or at point of creation

  14. Document regeneration

    When creating a financial doc like an estimate or invoice, only the initial document is created in the documents tab. If any updates are made to that financial doc after the fact, the document does not get regenerated with the updated information. ideally, this customer would like to see this happen once updates are made to the document

  20. Need a way to Tell Customer if their Card is Credit or Debit

    With the new fee passing update of 12-4-2024, debit cards now result in the fee going to the Company. However, cardholders don't always know if their card is a credit card or a debit card. This results in potentially getting hit with a fee that is ~3% of the contract value. We need a way to handle this so it doesn't happen unexpectedly. Possibly something that tells the client if it is Debit or Credit.
