  4. Job filter on Contact Page

    When viewing a Contact and all the jobs under the Contact, you can add columns and filters but they won't save as preferences. Want to be able to save as preferences for whenever I view jobs under the Contact

  9. Profit Tracker commissions per sales rep

    In budgets you could assign different percentages for different sales reps, but profit tracker can't do that. Because this was done with a previous feature, can it be done with this new one?

    Regarding the growing need for more efficient workflows, I wanted to highlight how adding conditional field logic and customizable job pipelines in JobNimbus could be a game-changer for your users.

    Right now, teams are spending time scrolling through irrelevant fields—slowing down processes and creating friction. By introducing conditional fields, users would only see what matters based on context, improving both speed and accuracy.

    At the same time, every business runs differently. A roofing contractor might use a “Roof Replacement” pipeline with a “Permitting” stage and statuses like:

  15. Add create Contact - full details

    I can no longer create a contact from the home screen. The "Create +" button only allows a Job or Task to be created now, so I have to begin to create a Job, get Name & phone number, create from that, then go back into the search bar, type in their name and go to their profile, and then I can go on creating the contact from there. There is a drop-down feature that allows me to add in more detailed information, but not everything we need including class, lead status, etc. It is an extra step, and messes…

  16. Visa surcharge breakdowns are clearer

    Right now when the credit card fee is passed to the customer it very clearly shows that on the invoice, but we have to manually dig around more when someone pays with Visa. It's just confusing and more work, and we would like it to be easier, please.
