Add Time Zone Selector to Task and Appointment Forms
Users scheduling tasks or appointments from regions outside North America (e.g., virtual assistants) are experiencing incorrect appointment times due to the system relying on device/browser local time rather than the user or company time zone settings.
Adding a Time Zone selector field within the task and appointment creation forms would allow users to explicitly set the intended time zone for each event, preventing time shifts and improving cross-regional scheduling accuracy.
This enhancement would:
Support teams using virtual assistants or remote staff.
Ensure consistent times between the creator, assigned team members, and customer notifications.

Maintain Formula When Changing UoM
When we have an item in the Products & Services List that has a formula saved under the calculation, if we modify the UoM it deletes the formula. It would be better if it maintained the formula so we could adjust it if needed, rather than deleting it and having us figure it out again.

Increased Insight Metrics on Production Managers
It would be great to have increased insights (IE, Profit Margins) for a Production Manager or Subcontractor role. This would make it easier to view these metrics by person rather than needing to hunt down each metric per job.

Larger Description Boxes when Duplicating Jobs
When duplicating a job, the description box is small. It would be great to format the box differently or be able to add more lines so we can better organize and read the information.

Would like to be able to customize the color on the individual line items. We don't like that the grey color is there and want to change the colors.

New Jobs Experience Email Attachment View
We use to be able to see the attachments in the activity tab when we sent emails out. On the New Jobs Experience, we have to click into the thread to see that the attachment is there. We would like to have the old application back, we don't need to have to click more to see what is included to the email thread.

A Notification/Automation ability for a comment added by a customer to an agreement
A Notification/Automation ability for a comment added by a customer to an agreement at time of sigining
As it stands, if a customer makes a comment on a LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT, the only way to see it is to manually search for it. There is no notification or indicator. This is NEEDED!

Ability to control which line item prices are not changed when margin slider is moved
Sometimes a custom line item is added that is not in the product & services list. Many times these prices are verbally expressed to the client so the price has to stay locked even if the margin slider is moved. This is critical if Line Totals are made visible on the PDF.

Formatting needs improved in NSE PDF view. Headers like "Description" clutter the page.
- Remove Description header above every section.
- Remove Unit & Qty headers by having the Unit come right after the Qty.
- Remove Unit Price by putting an "X" (times symbol) before the unit price and after the Unit & Qty (don't allow unit price without the Unit & Qty)
- Remove Line Total by making it bold
- Make the section titles a different size or shaded background, anything to separate it from a regular line item. You could even put a simple box around the line items below each section title, with the section title directly above the box
