Change default email when emailing estimates
Create the ability to change the default email that sends with estimates without having to choose from a drop down of email templates. Our team often forgets to change the email template, so the ability to change the default email would be extremely helpful.

Attach PDF to footer of estimate
We need the ability to attach a PDF document to an estimate. We are a fencing company who creates drawings showing the measurements and boundaries of fencing on our projects as part of our contracted work. Although there is the option to upload photos to an estimate, the inability to attach this as a PDF hinders us from sending the visual measurements in an appropriate size. We need the ability to sent this out in the estimate along with the written contract portion in the footer of the estimate

The option to e-sign a PDF document uploaded. Currently this can only be done with documents made within JobNimbus.

Change heading color and logo based on location
Users from different locations all have the same, original company logo and color appearing on the top navigation bar of their JobNimbus, even if the color and logo from that location are different from the original company. It should change based on your assigned location. Also, the calendar colors don't change by location unless the user viewing it is an admin.

It would be useful to have the information or data from a Form be an input flow to a template which can create an estimate.

Have capability to not be logged out!
Use a cookie to allow users to remain logged in. This is safe to do from a security standpoint and works even if the web application is updated or the user is terminated.

Make Chat and Help Buttons Hideable/ Change location
Please make the icons for chat and help hideable. They are always in the way of the boxes that I need to click that are behind them and I cannot scroll any further to gain access to the boxes that I need to be clicking.

Please relocate the popup that appears every time you do an update to a contact. It blocks the 3 dots.
Pop ups should not disable features due to their location on the screen. When you get good at JN, a 3-4 second delay due to the pop up is like listening to that stock answering machine message for the millionth time.
