  1. Let Tech Support update our Subscription

    I am super frustrated that we cannot change our own subscription or atleast have tech support help us with up/downgrades. I hate that I call to tech support and then have to be pushed to my CAE.

  2. Manually set or update job Sold date

    We would like the option to manually change the job's Sold stage date to fix inaccuracies in reporting or mistakes when a stage/status wasn't changed at the correct time.

  3. Allow Lead Source on jobs to be edited through API calls or automations.

    PLEASE let us set the lead source from tools like Zapier. JobNimbus has changed the way Lead Sources work and is now set up perfectly to where customers should be able to automatically set it.

  5. Adding photo to contact when using Jobs

    We would like to be able to add one photo to the contact even though we use jobs as our main stream for the progress. It lets us know that the Sales Rep has been out to the house and we use that as a place holder for the job before it is 'sold.'

  6. Work Order screen should show Cost of the Work Order not Material Cost

    With the new improvements in JN, the work order screen now shows the material cost of each work order rather than the cost of the work order. If a salesman provides an estimate for for $1500 he would expect to find a work order for $1500. Why would he want to see a material cost when looking for the matching work order

  12. Stop opening new tabs

    With the New Jobs Experience, when you click on an invoice or an estimate, it opens up a new tab. Every time. Before, you would just click into what you were clicking on. As someone that uses JN 40 hours a week, it has quickly gotten very annoying.

  15. Add Mitigation Package with Logs, Video Sharing, and Organized Photo Albums

    Flood Rescue suggested creating a dedicated “Mitigation Package” in JobNimbus tailored for water damage and restoration companies.
    Requested features include:

    Built-in moisture, hydrometric, and equipment logs.

    A video-sharing section for job-site documentation.

    Ability to organize photos into labeled albums (e.g., “Kitchen,” “Living Room”).
    This would make JobNimbus a one-stop app for restoration workflows, combining documentation, visuals, and project tracking in one place.

  17. Automatically Resent Estimates to Show in Activity Feed

    When Estimates are sent for signature, there is a chance that the signing link will expire before the homeowner signs it. When that happens, clicking the link triggers the automatic sending of a new email. However, this doesn't currently add an activity in JobNimbus. It would be a lot more helpful if it created an activity that indicated it was a resend due to an expired link click.

  18. Bulk Edit Remove Singular Contact Assignee

    For bulk edits related to contacts, we need the ability to remove a singular assignee rather than only being able to add or replace. We have a wide variety of assignees that we need to maintain on contacts, and the only option we have is to manually edit these when an employee leaves the business.
