Have an option to make appointments on the calendar instead of only having tasks
It would be helpful to have the ability to create appointments in JN instead of only creating a task. It helps to organize and read the calendar easier.

Exclude Sales Rep Assignments from SQ Project Search
In SumoQuote Standalone, when searching the project list for a name it currently includes results where the assigned sales rep has a matching name. This makes it tricky when searching for common names if they happen to be shared with a sales rep. It would be great if this could be made to exclude this, or at least to make it a toggle.

Automation Delineated by Document Type Signed
Run automations depending on what document type is signed. Use cases:
- Move status to "Signed" when "Contract" document type is fully signed.
- Alert Accounting
- Alert Sales rep with Zapier Automation
- Alert Sub with Make.com Automation
- Generate webhook for Zapier/Make/N8N when a change order is signed alerting all parties to halt and pivot.
- When Media Release is signed, Add call task for Rep to perform.
- When employee offer letter is signed, add them to JobNimbus, Google Workspace, Trainual with Zapier/Make/N8N
Right now, you can get a notification that a document is signed, but we can't automate around the document type or…

Title of the job to populate in the email notifications to subcontractors.
Having so many emails from JN to the subcontractors with not context of what job they are looking into from their inbox is daunting. Would like the email description from the inbox to have some reference to the job so that subcontractors can more easily find a particular job they are working with.
