Default Related to OFF iOS
Currently on iOS, the "Show Related" toggle defaults to ON. We would rather have it defaulting to OFF. Or maybe just make it an admin setting so we can adjust at the account level?

Automation triggered by text/email response
when they send out an follow up automation text that when a customer responds to it the message doesn't go into unassigned. Or if there is a way to create an automation to trigger for a team member to receive all of those messages so they can filter them and get them out to the team member to reply to.

Custom Push Notifications iOS
On iOS, we would like to have the ability to customize the notification messages that go out. Task Assignments, for example, show who assigned and that it was a task, then show the 1st line in the description and the task type. A way to change that formatting would be fantastic.
