Not Happy
I am really unhappy with JobNimbus since this update has taken place. My screens take forever to load or won't load at all. I am constantly having to refresh my screen to get photos to show. It freezes up all the time and I am getting charged more for it! How long will it be before the bugs are worked out???

Mobile App - Credit Memos
The desktop version of JobNimbus has credit memos available in financials. I don't see this available in the mobile app. Could we add Credit Memos to financials in the mobile app?

Need to be able to hide/move the "Get Started" and link to Resource Center
Currently when creating layouts / templates in NSE, these buttons block the excluded pages section making it extremely difficult to add/remove pages from that section.

SQ - Orders From Unsigned Reports
Currently, we only have the option to create an order from a report once it has been signed. However, there are circumstances where we need that earlier. We need a way to convert an unsigned report to an order.

Adding United Inches as a Unit of Measurement
Carla is in a windows company, and notes that the measurement they use the most is United Inches (UI) and is a common unit of measurement for windows/doors companies. She would love to see this added as a default within the system.

Turn off default related checkbox marked
turn off the related checkbox by default on contacts and jobs. This makes it difficult to view the activity on a job

Material Order Delivery Time and Method
When editing a material order, there is a Delivery Date, Time, and Method. It would be great if this would show on the PDF. That way we can see it once downloaded.

Attachment Type Report
We need a report that allows us to view our attachments. We have a wide variety of attachment types and primarily work off of those. Being able to see a report that can handle counts and filters, related records, etc would be extremely helpful.

SuperUser Access/ Impersonate Team Members
It would be extremely helpful to larger companies if there was superuser-type access where someone could impersonate team members to assist with troubleshooting before having to reach out to support. This would allow IT personnel to separate user error from actual technical issues etc.

Ability to Hide Notes on Mobile App
I really feel like having the ability to hide notes as a feature in access profiles would be a helpful feature. Or at least the option to default to hide notes only otherwise selected.

Labor Minimums with Calculations to Achieve said mins.
Dana would like to ensure that a minimum labor charge is reached on every estimate. She doesn't want to just put $200 labor on the layout, but rather a means to calculate "if the estimate doesn't reach a min threshold for the labor, to then bump up the labor (round up) to a predefined number/min"
She also notes having a labor slider, similar to the margin slider would be beneficial

Bulk removal of line items
Customer would like to see the option to remove line items in bulk - ESPECIALLY FOR NSE - as using the layout/template library imports a ton of line items with no labor/material pricing - customer would like a means to remove those from the product and services screen in bulk.

Have Lock/Toggle for creating new line items (NSE)
Dana would like to see a lock/toggle for creating new line items (just like in legacy estimating) as she doesn't want the salespeople to make a ton of line items (duplicates etc...)

Option for Margins to change depending on location / area
Dana notes that in some areas, their material/labor margins are different than the presets they've established in the system, and would like the option to set/apply different margins to line items depending on location

Appointments Scheduled - Percentage Report
It would be nice to have a report either in insights or classic reports that shows how many appointments were scheduled but didn't turn into a sale. A percentage would be ideal.
For example, say of 100 leads for a week, month, or year, 25 of those turn into scheduled appointments, but never go to a sold stage, it would be nice to have a report that show the percentage amount of those that had appointments.

Material and Labor Cost Totals *after* Markup
Legacy Estimate totals currently show Material Cost, Labor Cost, The total cost, the markup percent and amount, then the subtotal of all of that together. For visibility, we need to have the Total Material Cost after markup as well as the Total Labor Cost after markup. It could just go above the subtotal.

Save Button Icon
Throughout various menus in JobNimbus (Profile Settings is one example) a "+" icon is used on the save button. This makes sense in some areas but is less intuitive in other areas like settings. Although it's a minor detail, it may help Logos subconsciously to have a checkmark, floppy disk, etc. icon on the save button.
