Ability to manually change the Project number within NSE
The project number in NSE is a long string of characters and looks messy. The logo would like the ability to manually change that number or have the system generate a shorter, clean looking number.

Improve Calendar View Sizing
When the calendar has lots of tasks, the month view will load and then stretch the rows to fit the list of tasks. However, it stretches every row for the month, even if a whole row does not need it. It would be great of rows that did not have as much data would scale appropriately to reduce white space.

[[signature]] for contact and user in templates
It would be nice to have a field template for [[signature]] that is specific to the user and contact.
For example, lets say at the bottom of a document template, I have a signature section for the customer and an internal employee, I'd like to be able to input a [[usersignature]] field and [[contactsignature]] field that way I know where the digital signatures will show up on the document. It will help the signed document look nicer after signing.
Since there isn't a way to distinguish signatures right now, there is no way of knowing which signature will pull up…

Color selection/menu
When creating an estimate, they would like to option to list what colors they would like to sell/do sell to prevent selling colors and options that they either 1) do not have available 2) decide not to sell.

Master List for Projects or Company
We would like a list of multiple people, their title, name, number and email for a project / company. When we look it up on the phone, we only have one number and it goes to the home office When we’re trying to call the superintendent, and we don’t have his name or title. We just call a number that pops up; then a secretary answers, we don’t know her name, she doesn't know what we’re talking about, and we look stupid.

Limit quantity decimal with supplier integration
If the quantity of an item on a material order (SRS) contains a decimal, the system does not automatically round that number up, and ultimately prevents the user from placing the material order. The pop-up notification given simply states, "There was an error submitting the order", this causes confusion and does not provide the reason or solution.
The Order Preview does list a Note which states, "This supplier only accepts quantities that are whole numbers. Any quantities that were not whole numbers have been rounded up to the nearest whole number." Again this would cause confusion as the user would…

Credit Memos not Amount Paid
Currently, Credit Memos are counted against invoices as "Amount Paid" so when reports are exported the "Amount Paid" won't always match the sum of payments. It would be better if this could be either included or excluded by our choice.

Documents - Limit Who Can Sign
It would be good to see in future updates the option to reduce who shows up as "Signers" when generating documents in JobNimbus. Our company has only two people who are authorized internally to sign, and it can be confusing for our users to know who to choose if 50 users are showing up in the drop down menu
Perhaps one idea would be making it so only the assignee(s) and sales rep(s) of a contact or job, would show up as "Signers" when clicking on "Add Signers" from a document.
Or perhaps have this added somewhere in settings where…
