Integrated Time Tracking for Job Costing
It would be incredibly valuable to have a time-tracking feature in JobNimbus that allows employees and managers to punch in or manually enter labor hours directly each day. This would streamline job costing by tracking labor costs more efficiently without relying on third-party software.
Key benefits:
- Integration with popular payroll and accounting software like ADP and QuickBooks.
- Ability to export hours seamlessly for payroll processing.I’d gladly pay extra for this feature as it would save significant time and simplify tracking labor costs, which is currently cumbersome and expensive through third-party tools.

Unify Assignees Across Contact/Job Creation Methods in Jobs V2
With Jobs V2, there are a few ways that a contact and job can be created, but they have different behavior for how they assign Sales Rep and Assignees. This creates confusion when field/sales users use the mobile method more often than the other methods and so do not have an expectation of needing to add the data later.
On Web, Home -> Contact List -> Create Contact generates the large contact form and pre-fills the Assignee in the form as the person who is adding it.
On Web, The Blue "Create +" Button doesn't have any fields for sales…

NSE Ad Hoc Items on Mobile
On Web, I can create Ad Hoc items (items that are not part of my Products & Services), however if I try this on Mobile, it ends up doing a search and indicating the item doesn't exist. I would like to be able to do these on mobile just like on web.

Move next button to the right side
At the moment, for SumoQuote and New Sales Experience, the next button while signing is on the bottom left instead of the bottom right, which can result in confusion. It would make more sense on the bottom right, like most programs, since people read from left to right.

naturalForms Integration: Include All Template Fields

Wants the ability to sort a payments reports by payments not logged to an invoice.

Reference Specific Invoices in Email
Our process sometimes involves having multiple invoices open on the same job. We use JobsV2 and try to use Template Fields as much as possible. However, there isn't a good way to specify certain invoices using the available Template Fields. It would be great if there was a way to designate this so we don't have to manually update the emails before sending.

Changing the header subject on emails coming from NSE for documents other than quotes.
Change the email header subject for documents coming from NSE so that they don't all say a quote was sent to the customer, but be able to specify what type of document is being sent.

Financials/Products & Services to 4 Decimals
For insurance, we need our estimates to exactly match the Xactimate estimates that come in. However those estimates go to four decimals on everything so we need to be able to go to four decimals on our products & services, line items, taxes, and totals to be able to match.

Edit Totals Estimate/Line Item
Need to be able to Edit the total of an invoice or the total of the line items directly. We work with insurance that uses Xactimate, and need the line item quantities line item totals, and final total to all match, however, they use up to 4 digits after the decimal so we cannot do this currently.

Mark Labor as Tax Exempt
Labor costs are not taxable in Luisiana. With Labor and Material being part of the same line items with the New Sales Experience, it makes it difficult to manage this.

SQ and JN Control What Happens when an Estimate Link Expires
In addition to the timeframe for expiration. It would be much better if we had control over IF the link should re-send. If our pricing is time-sensitive, why would we want it to resend at all after expiration?

Add Tasks to Contacts when using jobs
please add back tasks to contacts (to show all tasks in the contact view. I create contacts regularly without requirement for a job. When I open a contact I wish to see contact-related tasks in one and same view.
It has become overly cumbersome to be required to go out of the contact to see / manage any tasks for that contact. Much better to remain on the same page to manage, create, etc. How can a feature request be made?2 votes -
