Appointments Scheduled - Percentage Report
It would be nice to have a report either in insights or classic reports that shows how many appointments were scheduled but didn't turn into a sale. A percentage would be ideal.
For example, say of 100 leads for a week, month, or year, 25 of those turn into scheduled appointments, but never go to a sold stage, it would be nice to have a report that show the percentage amount of those that had appointments.

Note Attachments on Mobile
On web, it is possible to add attachments to notes. Photos, files, etc. But on mobile app, you can only enter text and cannot add attachments. Need the note attachments expanded to mobile as well. Photos and files.

Customize Sections in Invoice Template
I would like to be able to customize the different boxes in Invoice Templates (example: customer info, job info, sales rep info, etc.) to add my own formatting and boxes in those spaces.

Google Calendar Sync on iPad
With field users becoming mobile only, we need a way for them to enable the Google Calendar Sync. The existing method depends on going into Profile from the Web Version of JobNimbus

Adding Jobs in New Jobs Experience
Before, when adding a new job on a contact, the Job name would automatically populate with the contact name (We want that), and the description that was typed in the description box of the contact would automatically copy over into the job description (We want that). Also, the Sales Rep, Lead source, etc. that was assigned on the Contact level used to automatically populate the same on the job and no longer does - we need that

Calendar customization
I would like to provide some feedback on the Jobnimbus Calender. We have used quite a few different ones, and I think JN would benefit alot from giving more customizability to their calendars. Here are some ideas:
Ability to change columns and rows to be for different data. For example, instead of having the time for the rows, we could have technicians listed by name
Ability to chose what info displays in the breif description displayed on the calender

Work Order screen should show Cost of the Work Order not Material Cost
With the new improvements in JN, the work order screen now shows the material cost of each work order rather than the cost of the work order. If a salesman provides an estimate for for $1500 he would expect to find a work order for $1500. Why would he want to see a material cost when looking for the matching work order

It would be great to have customer spacing options in the email editor to increase professionalism and customization.

Maintain Formula When Changing UoM
When we have an item in the Products & Services List that has a formula saved under the calculation, if we modify the UoM it deletes the formula. It would be better if it maintained the formula so we could adjust it if needed, rather than deleting it and having us figure it out again.

More customization in classic reports
The ability to filter out specific activity items is the primary concern for this user. They want to omit email activity, and only filter by actual changes and activity updates by the assignee of the job.

Signed date column on the financials page (First Look)
Want to be able to see when the contract was signed at a glance. Having a column for that would be nice
