Additional Access Profile Options
There should be an access profile that allows team members to make edits on a contact until the contact hits a certain stage, at which point the ability to edit anything should drop off. This would be a great way to ensure we don't get any crucial information changed or deleted.
We use sales reps for our leads, then we send in closers to acquire a job. We want them to be able to put in contact information but once that job goes into production we don't want them to be able to go in and edit any fields under the contact or access that contact's information. Right now we are taking them off the assigned team member field and putting a different team member in their place, along with the sales rep's place, so those closers can't go in and make edits once we start the job. Allowing more access profile options would save us large amounts of time changing out team members on every single contact.

I would like the ability to organize group names in Access Profiles for assigned Team Members. That way, I could put them in the order of access.

I would like to lock down certain contact fields so only certain individuals with access profiles can fill them out.

Ability to give salesmen limited access to upload photos but only see photos/documents they uploaded.

Ability to give limited access users to full team calendar. We don't want team members to see all jobs but we do want them to be able to view all team members calendars

More options in access profiles. I'd like to enable users to view all contacts and jobs, but only be able to edit those assigned to them.
