Sort tasks geographically. - ability to do nearby tasks and save gas
Our guys like to do the task in the North part of our region one day and the tasks in the South part a different day. Some stuff is not time sensitive like : we forgot to get a photo of the finished project - Do it next time you are in the area.

moving projects
Options to move all items in scheduled calendar back for weather. For example, there is a Rain Day, and we have 100 jobs in the calendar, the current set up is we would have to move all jobs by hand back a day individually. If there was an option to select multiple jobs or all jobs after a certain date and move back in groups that would be very helpful.

We need to search by phone number.
We sometimes get calls without a caller ID. Or voice mails that are garbled. Why can't we search our records for a phone number?

Reply to Notes/Tasks Without Creating New Notes/Tasks
When a coworker tags me in a note or assigns me a task, there is no way to reply to them and have them notified, without creating a NEW note or task. It would be much better if we could just respond to the ones that are there, so that it is easier to track what has been handled/completed and what hasn't. That way, we don't have to look through 100 "Activity" feeds to try and figure it out.

Work Orders NEED to Sync with Calendars
This is an ongoing request for 4 years now, why hasn't JN not fixed this?? Major flaw of JN. Work Orders have the option to schedule a date to start the work, so it's like setting an appointment. Why is this not synced to calendars?

Multiple start and end dates for jobs
Currently you can only add one start date and one end date for a job. But some jobs span multiple dates, but not the days in between. It would be great to be able to add multiple start and end dates for a single job.

Open up outlook calendar, color coding jobs product and partner, job type, that kind of thing. more options on that end.

Task Feedback
It is a bit frustrating for us that we now have to delete a recurring calendar events (or an event that is further down the road months away) and hope people remember those events and not schedule anything during that time since otherwise everyone's task lists get clogged with future meetings and calendar events. Is there a way that you know that we can sync only some events with JN? We currently need them sync'd back and forth between the other platforms.

Have options for how the Calendar is organized
Have an option where we can organize the calendar by Crew. Where we can organize row by row by crew and not organize it by the size of the job. Wayyyy more confusing. The color organization when managing multiple crews with multiple jobs looks very chaotic and very hard to follow. The only thing I can change is which crew is what color? Would expect a little more options in this area to fit peoples preferred organizational layouts.

the ability to search the calendar by Customer Job name or Name of Task
the ability to search with a Spyglass in the calendar by Customer Job name or Name of Task. So when a call comes in we can search the calendar and see when the job was scheduled.

Time Tracking for individual jobs - Clock in and out of Jobs
I know that time tracking is offered via tasks. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows employees working on a specific job to clock in and out of jobs to monitor their actual time spent versus predicting and then reconciling how long it took. Tts too many step with the Time Tracking as it currently is.

Add a signature function to sending email (not templates)
It appears the whole font/style feature of nimbus is stuck in windows 1998. Limited editing options, and just looks 25 years out dated. Please update, and add a signature function to all emails, not just templates.

Incorporate Booking/Scheduling app in Calendar like Barbershops do
There is no way to sync Sales Reps availability for when scheduling appointments. How does everyone else do this task?
The solution is something called a booking app. Think of your Barber shop, they have 4 stylists, and each stylist has time slots. If we are running 3 appointments/day, 10am, 2pm, 6pm, we need a way to book these slots based upon Sales rep availability. I could Buy a subscription to Booksy, or similar app, but we pay Nimbus as our CRM, why not incorporate this feature?

Spreadsheet-like tool
Currently, if I want to know where I'm at with tasks I have to open each individual job card, which gets to be pretty cumbersome when you have a lot of jobs going on at once. It would be amazing to have a spreadsheet-like tool where all of your job tasks could be viewed in a snapshot. I'm using an excel spreadsheet right now because it's just so much easier to keep track of dumpsters, material orders/pickups, permits, etc.

Copying Estimate Sections to estimate tabs.
It would be ideal to have the option to Copy estimate section details & line items to a new tab instead of having to recreate a bunch of line items on each tab (good, better, best tabs).

Document Folders
It would be ideal to have the ability to create document folders like most other CRMs already do. Such as an Estimates Folder, an Invoices folder, Orders folder, Permit folder, etc. It's very time consuming to have to scroll through pages of documents to find what you're looking for.

Items in my Cale
Items in your personal calendar, outside of JN should not auto create themselves as tasks in JN. Any item I list in my Calander like "Doctors Appt" should not pop up as a task I than need to complete.
