Auto-prioritization of tasks nearing/at/past due date
I would be very helpful to if (some or all) tasks could be set to be somehow differentiated automatically at certain times - i.e. due tomorrow, due today, past due.

Task Completed Column to be added
User is wanting the date completed column to be added in addition to the date updated. When a note is added to the task, the date updated is changed. They are concerned only for when the task is completed.

Hide events on Gcal when Task is marked completed in JN
It would be useful to have Gcal also hide the event that is synced to the JN task when it is marked completed in JN's calendar.

Automated Tasks to land only on Weekdays
When creating a time-based automation where a task is created X days after the initial trigger, there needs to be a way to ensure that the task will not land on a weekend. Example: if a task is created 3 days after a status change, and the status change happens on a Thursday, there should be a way to ensure the task will land on the following Monday instead of Sunday.

Group Like Tasks
I have a lot of reoccurring automated tasks that aren't super important, like I'll get to it when I get to it. To be able to group them together somehow on desktop would be super helpful! Or group tasks marked Important, Medium, and Low. Almost like have a little "job board" for tasks.

Have the ability to edit and delete tasks as a batch
Would like to option to select several completed tasks and delete them from the list as a batch rather than deleting each task individually.

"Assign to" drop down menu
When assigning a task you have to manually start typing in the person's name that you want to assign. Other places in JN you can select a team member's name from a drop down list (ie salesman, assigning work orders, etc). Seems like a simple improvement considering the code is already written for other drop down lists within the software.

Home Tasks - Only showing incomplete
When on the home dashboard, the "My Tasks" section always shows up as "Both" complete and incomplete. Even if I click on it being incomplete, every time I go back to the home dashboard and it refreshes, it always shows both. I don't think it's helpful to see completed tasks first! Especially bc they are oldest tasks first.

Calendar Undo Button
Quick undo button added to the JobNimbus, so that if a calendar event is moved by mistake i can hit undo and it'll come back.

Clear Confirmation for jobs shown on Calendar.
The ability to send out a confirmation email to their clients and have them be able to confirm with a button on the email and have that reflect distinctly in their JobNimbus calendar. (Show if someone is confirmed or not on the calendar!)

Get Mobile and Browser calendar to work the same
Customer noticed that on mobile calendar completed tasks show while on the web browser it does not unless you click "show completed tasks" link. Customer states it would be nice to have the calendar function similarly with mobile app and web browser to avoid confusion/frustration.

Changing Calendar Colors W/ Automations
Creating a function for when a job is complete it changes color on calendar. Also a color for In progress

Line up tasks/appts on calendar by team member
When scheduling tasks or appointments for 2 or more team members, it would be nice to have each individuals tasks in line. I've added a picture for reference. Some days have the same color all the way down, but other days they are switched. This can make it difficult to see who has what available, especially when you continue to add more team members to look at, all at once.

Tasks through emails
I think that when an email is sent out through Job Nimbus that it automatically creates a task in the calendar so you don't have to create one separately, the only thing you have to do is possibly go into it and edit some information in it.
