Add Notes and Blocks of time in Calendar
If i have a job that starts on Thursday, I need to be able to note in the calendar that we will return to finish the job on Friday. It would also be helpful if we could note that a job will only require half a day. Also.. maybe block off time slots.. if a job is scheduled from 9-11...it would be helpful to be able to dedicate those two hours to that one job.

Real time updating
It would be great if the calendar would update in real time. I use split screens and will have the calendar always open. As I make changes to job work orders, material order, etc I have to always remember to refresh the calendar or I will be looking at an out of date calendar.

Instead of Colors, have the assignee/sales rep's Initials.
We have several employees between 2 locations and opening 2 more this year. Having the Sales Reps Initials instead of colors on the Calendar would be easier. We are running out of colors and so many look the same.

Add Other Address to Tasks
We would like to be able to add additional addresses to a task; such as an additional task field to manually input a task if the address is not associated with a specific contact.

Locking Calander
Is there a way to lock the calander and only give selected people access? We seem to be having trouble when the guys on tablets and/or phones in the field look at the calander, it is very easy for them to unconsciously slide jobs around.

Template Field for Notes added to Task
Would like to be able to include the contents of notes added to Tasks inside of my Templates; this would help with internal communication

Material order view toggle on or off
We need the ability to see material orders on the calendar regardless of who the ASSIGN TO is for the job. I own the company and as it sits I have to be "assigned" to every job or I have to check every person in my company to view their calendars so I can see all of the material orders which makes the Job Nimbus calendar completely unreadable.
A simple toggle on/off button for material orders would solve this versus having it tied to a certain person.

Trying to View Multiple Work Orders Doesn't Work
If I click on the image of a work order to bring it up, then switch to another work order, it still shows the first work order! I have to refresh the page before I can see another work order. I'd like this fixed please!

A comment when completing a task
When one clicks on a task to mark it complete, it would be very useful if you would get a popup window with a Comments section, a Cancel button and an Accept button. It would be nice to collect final notes when closing the task and also provide the opportunity to cancel if you clicked the Completion checkbox by accident.

Link sub tasks to their parent task so they move together on the calendar.
Simply link the sub tasks to the parent task so they move together when dragged on the calendar.

It would be really nice to be able to have multiple calendars, like a sales team calendar, and it jobs calendar.
We have a sales team that goes out to do estimate, and then we have a crew that does jobs, we have a repair man that has his own calendar, end it would be cool for the admin calendar to not be so overwhelmed. It would just be nice to be able to break it up between sales and jobs.

Improved Google Calendar Sync (More Than One Calendar)
I just found out that you can only sinc to one Google calendar in job nimbus. It would be really useful if you could sinc to multiple calendars at a time, maybe like a max of 5 or something. In our business we have a remodeling team and a restoration team and it would be nice to have a calendar for each team so that each team has the ability to see just what their team is doing or see everything for everyone.

Ability to Customize Task List on Contacts/Jobs
It would be great if we were able to edit the fields displayed in the Tasks Tab under the job/contact folder. Currently, the amount of information displayed in the "task information" column is limited. Each task only displays "task name", "description", "assigned to" and "related jobs". It would be beneficial to include further information such as "created by" and "date created".
I understand such information can be found once we open a specific task, however I have been instructing my team members to avoid opening tasks in order to avoid getting lost and adding attachments/notes in the wrong page. Not…
