Add setting for certain access profiles to be able to delete tasks
My team is not supposed to be able to delete any records, but I would like them to be able to delete tasks. I request a setting in the access profile menu for allowing certain employees to be able to fully delete tasks.

Create Task Types "On The Fly"
Currently, if I am setting up automated tasks and I discover I need a new task type I have to back out of the Automations page, go to the task Type page, create the task type, find the new task type (it appears in a random spot), manually drag that task type to where I want it on the list (I may have to do this multiple times because I can't scroll down while dragging the task type), then refresh the page before going back to the Automations page to resume what I was doing. Disable Task Reminders for Some Task Types
I would like to be able to get task reminder emails for some task types and not others.

Set tasks to be done by Job position instead of assigned to or a specific person.
As it currently stands a task can only be automated to assign to 'assigned to' or a specific person. It would be extremely helpful(and your competitors do this) if you could automate tasks to 'Salesperson' or 'Estimator' or 'Office Admin' and that way we don't have to constantly change the assigned to field during the workflow to get tasks assigned properly. A specific person is not good because depending on how the job came in or location that specific person may or may not be the right person to have the task assigned to.

Convert Work Order to Task
Since Work Orders don't sync to Google Calendar, and we put most of our tasks there, we'd love to get a way to convert a work order to a task, using the Start/End date and time as the Task Start/End date and time. This way our field agents can use their existing Google Calendar to see the jobs they're scheduled for, instead of having to use both GC and the JobNimbus calendar.

Automate a Job to change status when all tasks are completed
It would be extremely helpful for a Job to change Status when all tasks are completed. We have many tasks that may not be completed in the same order every time, so it would be extremely helpful for a Job to automatically change Status when every task is completed.

GOOGLE TASKS SYNC TO JOBNIMBUS CALENDAR
Just like JobNimbus tasks pass to Google Calendar and post as a calendar event, the sync should receive tasks from Google Calendar/Tasks and pass them to JobNimbus calendar. This is HUGE. said in Trump voice

Allow Limited User Access to see tasks that aren't assigned to them
Currently "Limited User Access" profiles can't see Tasks related to the contact unless assigned even if they are designated as Sales Reps on the contact. It would be useful for the Sales Reps (who have Limited User Access Profiles) to see all tasks associated to the contact.

Ability To Set Group Managers as Assignee in Tasks
I would like to set a task of "Needs Manager Approval" that could be sent to the Group Manager of the salesman, of the job for which the task is being created.

Ability to Add Documents to Tasks for Calendar
I saw where this was turned down due to a lack of community interest in the past. To whomever makes those decision, I politely ask that you consider that most people in construction companies do not spend most of their time submitting feedback to this forum. There are most likely a limited number of users who participate here, and those participating users hear and issue complaints/suggestions for the companies as a whole.

Need more task icons to choose from when customizing tasks
I wanted to add a phone icon to the Phone Call task and discovered there isn't one. It seems like it wouldn't be too difficult to add more choices of icons.

Task should be visible in Activity
I wish tasks would show up in the activity so when asking a rep what is going on, I don't have to look multiple places.

Template Fields for Tasks (plus, Calendar Invites for Subs)
It would be SO beneficial if I could include templated fields to tasks such as Work Order numbers, Job Numbers, the Job Description, etc. to a task instead of having to manually input this information.
This is a feature that would be most valuable in conjunction with being able to include Subs in Calendar Invites, so long as I could tailor their access to information. Tasks would feel more like tasks rather than calendar inputs. Syncing task to google calendar tasks
The jobnimbus calendar could be clearer. Google Calendar is the preferred method because of its more user-friendly formatting. Tasks created in jobnimbus should be presented as tasks within the google calendar, not appointments on the calendar unless a specific time has been assigned for the task.

Notifications for unassigned Tasks
There should be a way to get notified if a task is created and nobody is assigned to it. for example if I have an automation create a callback task, but nobody has been assigned to the job, the task doesn't have anybody assigned to it, and I have no way of knowing. I need a way to be notified of these tasks
