  1. Improved Google Calendar Sync (More Than One Calendar)

I just found out that you can only sinc to one Google calendar in job nimbus. It would be really useful if you could sinc to multiple calendars at a time, maybe like a max of 5 or something. In our business we have a remodeling team and a restoration team and it would be nice to have a calendar for each team so that each team has the ability to see just what their team is doing or see everything for everyone.

  2. Adding Documents To Task

Attach a document to a task. Either a doc that is in a job or a doc that is on a device.

  3. Need the abilty to send emails from within tasks, ie. Appointment Confirmations

I'd really like the ability to send appointment confirmations and use the data in the task (ie. date, time, sale rep, etc...) using a template. Currently there is no way to send an email from a task, or to use the field placeholders that are available when creating templates.

  4. Ability to Cancel Meetings (use Strikethrough on Calendar)

If a meeting is cancelled, show it as a strikethrough on the calendar.
Otherwise viewing the calendar is misleading because you can't tell if an appointment has been cancelled.

A strikethrough is preferable to deleting the calendar entry because it leaves an 'audit' trail of cancelled meetings.

  5. Show All Events for each day on Month View (Calendar)

The calendar truncates each day to a certain number of visible events. If you want to schedule from the month view and you have more than the viewable number of events on a given day, you have to click the (•••) button which takes you away from the month view to a day view.

This can cost time by having to juggle back and forth between views. Either remove the truncation or allow scrolling on each day once events go beyond a certain viewable limit.

  6. Advanced calendar features

Currently syncing with Google calendar because of the ability to layer with other calendars but would love to have this integrated. Other great features would be to have the ability to "pin" a task, say an appointment that wouldnt move, create buffers around tasks- for transitioning etc, move other tasks that could go around pinned tasks as opposed to overlapping, setting completely customizable work hours and allowing tasks to only fill this time, being able to "push" other tasks when moving a task for rescheduling, and when a task is moved to the end of the work day it would…
