Disable Task Reminders for Some Task Types
I would like to be able to get task reminder emails for some task types and not others.

Convert Work Order to Task
Since Work Orders don't sync to Google Calendar, and we put most of our tasks there, we'd love to get a way to convert a work order to a task, using the Start/End date and time as the Task Start/End date and time. This way our field agents can use their existing Google Calendar to see the jobs they're scheduled for, instead of having to use both GC and the JobNimbus calendar.

GOOGLE TASKS SYNC TO JOBNIMBUS CALENDAR
Just like JobNimbus tasks pass to Google Calendar and post as a calendar event, the sync should receive tasks from Google Calendar/Tasks and pass them to JobNimbus calendar. This is HUGE. said in Trump voice

Ability To Set Group Managers as Assignee in Tasks
I would like to set a task of "Needs Manager Approval" that could be sent to the Group Manager of the salesman, of the job for which the task is being created.

Ability to hide future tasks/appointments on calendar
When organizing dispatching leads, at times we do not need sales staff to see how many appointments are in the future. It would be useful to be able to hide the future tasks and appointments.

Auto-prioritization of tasks nearing/at/past due date
I would be very helpful to if (some or all) tasks could be set to be somehow differentiated automatically at certain times - i.e. due tomorrow, due today, past due.

Import Tasks into JobNimbus
It would be very useful if we could import tasks into JobNimbus including the start and end dates. That would help us save a lot of time.

Automated Tasks to land only on Weekdays
When creating a time-based automation where a task is created X days after the initial trigger, there needs to be a way to ensure that the task will not land on a weekend. Example: if a task is created 3 days after a status change, and the status change happens on a Thursday, there should be a way to ensure the task will land on the following Monday instead of Sunday.

Group Like Tasks
I have a lot of reoccurring automated tasks that aren't super important, like I'll get to it when I get to it. To be able to group them together somehow on desktop would be super helpful! Or group tasks marked Important, Medium, and Low. Almost like have a little "job board" for tasks.

"Assign to" drop down menu
When assigning a task you have to manually start typing in the person's name that you want to assign. Other places in JN you can select a team member's name from a drop down list (ie salesman, assigning work orders, etc). Seems like a simple improvement considering the code is already written for other drop down lists within the software.

Home Tasks - Only showing incomplete
When on the home dashboard, the "My Tasks" section always shows up as "Both" complete and incomplete. Even if I click on it being incomplete, every time I go back to the home dashboard and it refreshes, it always shows both. I don't think it's helpful to see completed tasks first! Especially bc they are oldest tasks first.

Get Mobile and Browser calendar to work the same
Customer noticed that on mobile calendar completed tasks show while on the web browser it does not unless you click "show completed tasks" link. Customer states it would be nice to have the calendar function similarly with mobile app and web browser to avoid confusion/frustration.

Add Other Address to Tasks
We would like to be able to add additional addresses to a task; such as an additional task field to manually input a task if the address is not associated with a specific contact.

Would like to be able to include the contents of notes added to Tasks inside of my Templates; this would help with internal communication

A comment when completing a task
When one clicks on a task to mark it complete, it would be very useful if you would get a popup window with a Comments section, a Cancel button and an Accept button. It would be nice to collect final notes when closing the task and also provide the opportunity to cancel if you clicked the Completion checkbox by accident.

Link sub tasks to their parent task so they move together on the calendar.
Simply link the sub tasks to the parent task so they move together when dragged on the calendar.
