Photo Editing from the Web
Need the ability to edit/annotate/zoom in on photos from the web browser for the In-office staff. Acculynx has this function and it works well, why does JN not have this?

reinstate tasks / task function into contacts view
Full task function - creating, viewing, managing - used to be visible / accessible in the primary Contact view but has been removed. Do not understand why, but I need to regularly create and manage tasks without a job. Need to be able to see these and do this without additional navigation. (It used to be just that simple.) Please reinstate.

Ical has no security
The Ical is public which means if someone has the link it can be viewed without logging in. It would be optimal to have the security option to make it private to secure the account.

supplier
There is an option to add a subcontractor to a task but I can't add a supplier to a task if I'm scheduling a delivery. Please add 'supplier' as an option. Right now I've had to make all my suppliers subcontractors to see them in my calendar.

Custom Field Security Settings
There needs to be an option when creating a custom field to set security or privacy so certain fields can not be viewed by specific users or specific user groups.

Tasks on Calendar
It would be great if when tasks are created, either individually or through automation, they could be selected whether to show on the calendar view or not. Many tasks that we like to have are more so a check list and reminders, not appointments or day-specific, so they greatly clog up the calendar view and distract from actual calendar items like appointments. While we can filter them out within JobNimbus, when using Google Calendar or others, this isn't possible.

Filter / Searchable Calendar
It would be beneficial to have a searchable calendar. We manage numerous jobs, each often involving multiple trades. Being able to filter the calendar by job name would allow us to view the entire timeline of a job from start to finish, instead of seeing every single item assigned to the subcontractors or crews, or having to look under Tasks as a list.

Task Drop down and calendar
Because you have to create specific task types, there starts to become a lot of task types. I think it would be a good idea to be able to choose tasks to hide from the drop down menus but also be able to see all task types in the calendar.

Custom Filter Profiles for Calendar
I would like to have filter profiles on the Calendar so I can quickly switch back and forth between which options are selected to view. My manager needs to select say all the crews to see if the crews are scheduled out and when we can scheduled jobs.
but then he may also need to select 10 sales reps, and to swap between these is tedious and leaves room for error. going down the list alphabetically by name can lead to forgetting people.

View financials on Calendar. Display options on calendar similar to boards
I would like to view my financials on the calendar. I have a certain sales goal I try to schedule for each day and it would be helpful to see it on the calendar. Right now I have a job scheduled board where the job cards display the latest financials (estimate and invoice) but it’s difficult to switch back and forth when I’m trying to schedule jobs.

autopopulate
Currently when starting an email, it won't auto-populate subcontractors emails unless I'm on my phone app. Please provide for this to pop up so we don't have to toggle back and forth.

Hi Justin,
I have some questions regarding some steps. For example how can I do to obtain a photo report that I can send out to insurance companies based from the pictures taken and uploaded into the job?
Can address be auto populated once I start typing in the first part of the address?
Lastly, how can I select the type of job for example: siding, roofing, gutters, windows, painting, etc.?1 vote -
Simple text only *(edited @time by @user) history log would be helpful.
Edit History
Stage 1 (super easy)
Simple text only *(edited @time by @user) history log would be helpful.Stage 2
Could make Edit history (only shows if true) expandable to show the history of changes.Could roll out Edit history across other features as well if relevant - this helps companies maintain transparency which would be appreciated.

Calendar: Map:
We need to have the ability to view the map and filter it by Job Type, Job Status, Contract Signed Date, & Salesperson.
This would allow us to know where we are doing well, where we are not doing well, who is doing well in certain areas, what services are more successful, and where to spend marketing dollars.

Can the calendar colors on the app so it's not blue on a slightly lighter blue? Very hard to read.
Can the color on the calendar for the app be something with more contrast. The background color and the font color are really close together and diffiscult to read.
