I used other CRM's and the one thing that I liked about about one in particular is that they showed you on the home page, exactly what dollar amount your pipeline was at. We shouldn't have to generate a report to see that. The whole reason we use a CRM is to stay organized and track the sales process... what a better way than to visually see what you have sitting in there.5 votes
Ability to create report that gives summary of # of leads by source (all sources) and charts of the same. Also give the option to include all team members or individual team member.5 votes
You can see number of leads, sold rates, and see charts using the Sales/Jobs Lead Source reports.
For seeing specific team members, the only way at present is through the Contact/Job reports filtered by team member, and then you can export to Excel for further filtering and visualization. In general lead sources are more of a company-wide metric and don’t usually change from sales rep to sales rep. In most cases, a sales rep will sell just as many from one lead source as another sales rep will.
Are you finding that your sales reps are having different sales numbers based on the source of their leads?
When I include the "days in status" on a report, I am not able to click on the header to sort by it.6 votes
The UI for reporting is painful.
Can we, for example -
- Utilize the full screen real estate?
- Be able to customize the reporting page? For example be able to reorder reports?
- Can we customize the built-in reports?
- Can we add graphs and charts in custom reports?
Would love to see the following improved with reports...
- Ability to report on estimates and invoices together (currently I need to run them separately then do a vlookup to link)
-Include additional customer level data on the estimate/invoice reporting, particularly customer status.
-Exporting - any numbers are exported as text fields, and if it's a currency field, it also exports the dollar sign. Which means I need to remove all the $ signs and convert each into a number so I can sum the numbers.
Would you be able to submit these as individual requests? Let’s use the first one for this (I’ll update this ticket after you submit the other two) and do individual requests for the other two. That will help us gauge and engage each individually.
It would be nice to have the ability to print off an entire customer profile including notes, attachments, budget and work orders. It would be nice to give our subcontractors a report that outlines all the customer interaction, pictures and tasks created within JobNimbus.5 votes
Have you tried using the “Share” option to share to your Subcontractors? This would give them a live link where they’d be able to go in at any time to see the current customer profile with contact info, status, attachments, notes, etc. available to them.
If you haven’t tried that, please give that a try and see if that gets you want you need!
would like a way to filter the budget reports by salesmen3 votes
Our team would like to be able to see each other's performance in real-time. Who has the most leads, closes, etc.9 votes
When creating a workflow report, it's often best to group the results by status (which is easily done, thank you!). However, the sequence of the workflow (or the order in which the status is inputted into the report) should be preserved.
Right now we're seeing later stages of the workflow first, because of the alphabetical ordering. (I've gotten around it by numbering my workflow, but it's an extra step I'd rather avoid.7 votes
For example, I wish I could create an invoice report and filter it by the contacts "job status".
• Email Address on Job reports
• Contact number on Job report
• Job number(s) on Contact report
• Contact/Job Type Filter on Estimate & Invoice reports
• Job Status on Task Report46 votes
Report folder to categorize make a lot of reports easy to access.8 votes
I LOVE this idea! We’ll definitely be considering this as we move forward.
Once a report has been run, there needs to be a 'print all' button that generates a single printable webpage that contains all of the results in the report. For example. if the report had 322 records in the result set, the print version webpage should have 322 records in it and when printed, look formatted for A4 page(s).66 votes
Be able to add to a report "last 2 notes" or "notes in the last week"8 votes
For example you can create a report and have it run and emailed to a desired email every Friday15 votes
Ability to take a custom report and save as or duplicate, that way if you want a similar report with some of the same filters and columns you can easily make it without having to create a report from scratch.
Replicate a report or copy report.24 votes
This is something that I’ve been wanting, too. It’s on our development list and we’ll keep you updated as we get closer.
We’d like to measure interest in this feature after the updates to the calendar from a while back. Is this still something you’re interested in having?
When I go to DASHBOARD, it defaults to MY TASKS, no problem with that, MY TASKS shows a list of minimum 10 tasks, but, it's still very long on my page. Please make the categories collapsible. Refer to my screenshot --> https://www.screencast.com/t/MMdsO6NdVJVv4 votes
A dashboard for Admins or specific high levels that gave you information on all tasks / projects for all people on your team. Filterable options make it easy to see different information. Specifically shows overdue tasks and allows for a quick click to see the details on outstanding items. Love this dashboard idea.3 votes
This dashboard looks pretty good! I will say, admins can already see the information you mentioned on their dashboards by creating reports and then customizing their dashboards to show those reports there.
If you need help setting this up, our support team can help! Just email support@JobNimbus.com and they’ll get right on it.
…but we can do better with how the dashboard is laid out and how it presents info before you set anything up. I’ll pass this on to our dev team so they can add it to the ideas they already have for improving the dashboard. Thank you!
