  1. Custom report option where columns can be from different records assigned to same contact

    Because contact status cannot be automated to change based on invoice status, the very real possibility exists to send out automated late notices based upon pending payment status in a contact when the payment has already been made. Fully functional automation should allow the communication of one record with another. Short of that, the ability to make a custom report that can pull both the customers status as well as the invoice status into the same report would knock out about ten mouse clicks per payment and contact.

  2. All Closing-Ratio Reports are highly inaccurate.

    ALL REPORTS HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH CLOSING RATIOS (THE NUMBER OF ESTIMATES PRESENTED, DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER OF THOSE ESTIMATES THAT TURNED INTO A SALE) ARE HIGHLY INACCURATE.

    Your current report formulas correctly count all the estimates presented within the specified date-range, BUT, and this is the crux of the matter: it only counts jobs which were signed-up or became jobs during that same date-range, and ignores the jobs that were signed-up after the specified date-range of the report, even though they were originally estimated within the specified date-range of the report.

  3. Show all tasks created inside the dashboard task list

    Currently it seems like some tasks that are created are not showing up in the built-in Tasks list in the dashboard. It would be nice to have all of those show up!

  5. Cross referenced custom reports

    It would be nice to be able to populate data from related records on a report. For example, create a custom contact report that populates information from the related jobs or work orders such as the type, status, start date, etc...

  6. Filter custom reports that are created by QuickBooks

    When selecting the filter "Created By" it only gives the options to add users. There is no way to filter the report to show records created by integrations such as QuickBooks.

  7. Allow for grouping by tags in reports

    Currently the column of tags can not be grouped in reports. I would really like this functionality!

  8. Commissions Reports only show Limited Access user's Assigned Contacts

    Would like Limited Access Users to only be able to see their assigned contacts information populate on a Commissions Report. Right now, when you create a commissions report, limited access users can see all contacts on the report. Whether they are assigned to the user or not.

  9. Add a Subtotal Column to Job and Contact Reports

    The "Most Recent Estimate" and "Most Recent Invoice" columns are based off of totals, which includes sales tax. Since business don't realize sales tax as revenue, this can be misleading and give bad data when using them for reporting. Adding a subtotal column in the contact report and other reports that can use the "Most Recent" columns will really help improve reporting accuracy.

  10. Formatting

    I would love to see some formatting options offered: bold, indenting, colors, etc. so that I could make my dashboard notes more visual.

  11. Ability to expand the Recent Activity section or move to the main Dashboard view

    I need the Recent Activity section to be either expandable so it's more visible/easier to read or be able to add it under the main Dashboard so I can see it like a live feed or what's going on. It would also be great if filters could be applied to it.

  12. Reports filtering by quarter does not reflect quarters correctly

    Currently when using any custom report created in Jobnimbus. If you select to filter the report by date created and then quarter it is not currently working. When selected on quarter 2 information for quarter 1 is appearing.

  13. Be able to save reports with "Groupings" closed

    I would like to be able to save a report with my groupings closed and just open the specific ones I want to look at.

  14. Reports Paying Attention to My Timezone

    I had a report I was working with at the end of the month, and it changed over a few hours early, probably because it was working on the wrong time zone. This was pretty frustrating, could it be fixed?

  15. Reports filter with "or" logic

    setup a filter so the conditions are "OR" verse "AND" as a default. For example, I want to see all data in the next 7 days from two different dates fields.

  16. I need to generate a .CSV or Excel file for a single contact so I can insert field statistics into another excel spreadsheet.


    • Create a custom report and narrow down to a Single contact.

    • Generate CSV or excel file to incorporate into my spreadsheets or any other program I use.

    • Allows me to generate specialized repetitive reports.

    • This will void out me manually inputting info to generate multiple repetitive doc's simultaneously.

    OR alternatively
    * Allow me to create a customizable csv file with the ability to choose fields of my choice directly from open contact.

  17. More Robust Activty/Deletion Report

    We recently had an email template deleted, and it can't be retrieved like some record types can. We would like the ability to "undelete" templates, or at the very least, have a record available in an activity report about when it was deleted and by who.

  18. Partial searching in an Activity Report by note content

    Currently the filter for note contents will not allow for partial searching. The filter needs to have the entire contents of the note for it to populate in the report.

    This limits this filter quite a bit and does not allow for searching for specific words that show up in notes.

  19. Next or previous button inside a contact board

    When in a specific board and clicking on the first contact in that status, it sure would be great to have a next or previous button. That way you don't have to go out to the board and back into the next contact. It would help my office staff work their boards more easily.

  20. A way to identify what team member created a custom report

    I would like there to be a way to identify which user created what report under 'my saved reports'
