checklist
AI checklist builder. You speak the checklist and an AI bot turns your recording into a checklist for the job. Company cam already has this feature so if theres a way to integrate the checklist from company cam that works. Or you should build this feature into Job Nimbus

I would like the ability to attach specific forms to jobs or work orders to ensure technicians not only remember to complete them, but have to in order to mark as completed.

Fill out Forms from desktop
We should be able to fill out forms from the desktop. It's nice to stay on desktop when working in the office and not have to go to my phone to fill out a form

FIX THE GLITCHES
Every time I add a document I choose a category after I click save it reverts back to calling it just a document so I am having to update it again causing multiple work for the same thing. FIX THE GLITCHES

Drag to upload documents
The new update doesn't allow dragging documents to upload anymore... They have to be downloaded to the computer, so I can't easily drag email attachments anymore, they have to be saved to the computer first. Not convenient.

Automatically add estimates and eagle views to the documents tab so they can be added as attachments to a independent email.
When I order an eagle view through job nimbus there is an extra step that requires me to apply the eagle view once the order is fulfilled. This also happens when I create an estimate it will sit in the estimate section of the job but not be applied to the documents. Be very nice if both of these items were automatically put into the document section so they can be attached to an independent email created.

Bulk download photos (100+)
JobNimbus, once you try to download more than 100 photos from a job, simply doesn't work. Not having a limit to the amount of photos you can bulk download would save a lot of time!

Signing Instructions for a Customer
Often, when a customer is sent a quote, there are no clear instructions on how to sign it. I feel like instructions should be either sent with the quote automatically or include a template in the email being sent that allows us to choose who to send the instructions too.

Ability To Fill out Forms in JobNimbus without a login to JobNimbus
Yes, we have employees who we don't really need them to do anything in Nimbus but complete an end of day report and for what a seat costs, that's just not worth the monthly cost, we can have them do it in another system for free and access that way. If there were a cheaper option for super limited access such as this, we would definitely consider adding more users with super limited functionality.

Automatically Order and sort Photos in the order they were taken.
1st photo taken, typically residence overview is ordered first in photos tab, remaining photos are ordered in the sequence they were taken. In the way a typical flow of a property inspection would be.

Download Document or Contract before signing
Some customers have requested pdf versions that they can download and print (and read) before signing. As of today, when you receive a request to sign a document, you only get the option to download the document after you have already signed. For now, my workaround is to download a copy and send the pdf to the customer. It is less hassle if that would be built in for those customers that request it.

A combo type for forms
I have a form that i use for my salesman to count pipejacks, furnace vents, exhaust caps, ridge vent, turbines, gutter length, & turtle vents. A multiple choice or a checklist that also allowed you to enter a number (qty or length) next to the item would be great. it would keep the form more compact. I can perform this now, but each item has to have its own section , taking up a lot of real estate on the form and the form response

Display or Upload Related Tasks Documents or Photos
When a task is created, you have the ability to upload documents or photos to that specific task record. Upon uploading those documents or photos, they will not show up on the parent job or contact record (even if the "related" checkbox is selected). I would like to either be able to see those from the "related" checkbox or have those documents/photos be uploaded to the parent record automatically.
When I upload a document/attachment to a task, I need it to show in the documents in the job as well. As it is, I have to upload the attachment 2x.…

Make photos on a work order clickable!
Please make it so you can click/enlarge a photo uploaded to a work order on desktop! I can do it on the mobile version of a work order, but not the desktop, and the photos on the work order don't have good enough resolution/detail.
