When viewing an attachment for the document/photo to be larger automatically and easier to scroll (instead of clicking) through multiple pages

Document Scanner

Multiple Signatures
Some of our documents require more than one signature. As a work around we have created duplicate documents with alterations. Is it possible to have more than 1 signature on a document? Is it also possible to have a sales rep signature line added?
25 votesThis functionality is now available in the product. You can add it from templates in settings or create a one off document from the job or contact.

We now have the ability to add signatures to estimates and alternatively, a user can add an estimate to a document template and have that document signed as well.

I would like the photos to add to the system automatically when a Form is created if photos are not taken in Job Nimbus first

Change word "contract" to "document" when emailing document for e-signature
Our team has different templates for Documents - many of which are not a contract but still require a signature. At the current moment, every time you email the request to the client this is the un-editable email template:
You have been sent a PDF document from Vision Construction.
Please review it and when you are ready to sign this contract, click the
link below:It would be great if JN could call the document a Document instead of a Contract, or if the automated emails could have an editable template, so that we could change the wording.

an option to preview a document before saving.
It would be nice to be able to preview the document before it actually saves it and assigns a document number. This way you can confirm you have selected the correct design template and everything is displayed properly without having to keep going back to edit and having multiple documents.
2 votesIf you’re creating this document on the web, you should have an editable preview of the document template below the document info while creating/editing the document.
We will be updating this in the future and will consider ways to make it more useful for you.

Use Forms in Android
It would be helpful to be able to fill out forms in the Android app.

Ability to attach additional documents/pdf's to invoice's when sending the invoice email.
Examples -
Roofers - ability to send the contract with addendums and/or revised insurance scope as an attachment when sending the final invoice to the client.
Supplements service's- Send new negotiated scope to the client with final invoice.1 voteThanks for submitting this! While sending using the “Email Invoice” feature doesn’t give you the option to add other attachments, you can send the invoice PDF from the Activity Tab using the Add Note > Send Email option. There, you can add any other attachments from that job/contact or from your device. You can also do this with the Email option on our mobile app.
