    Ability to add another page to a signed document to have it signed so the document could be all in one spot instead of multiple places.

  3. Downloading options

    Instead of "DOWNLOAD ALL" being the only way to download multiple things at one time, a check box next to an item and the ability to download only those checked items would be amazing. It really helps when merging several documents into a single document.

  5. uploading multiple photos nimbus auto names most photos the same name

    , so when downloading to pc it only downloads 5 pics out of 80, huge time waster to name 80 photos when uploading, and downloading. thinking of quitting nimbus on this alone.

  6. More edit options for documents

    I would like to be able to have more edit options for documents created in JobNimbus. Like have a landscape view option and also provide more framing options to make a document look more aesthetically pleasing.

    When creating a document, it would be helpful to be able to insert a drop down menu to use in certain areas of the template for different options depending on items being mentioned.

  11. Template Questions- Make boolean default to "No" if left unchecked

    When using template questions and selecting a boolean check box for yes or no, currently if left unchecked it is just blank. User would like it to default to "no" if left unchecked.

  13. Option to expire document signature link

    If a customer does not click on a link to sign a document after some time, it would be good to have the link expire and not allow the user to sign the document. It appears that currently, if a client click on an old link it will resend it to them creating activity in JobNimbus sent by the system.

  15. Ability to add custom columns to Templates

    Specifically we need a column on our Materials Order template for the material source (i.e. Beacon, Shop, ABC, etc) but I can think of many more examples where this would be useful.

  18. Recover Deleted Photos

    Be able to recover deleted photos and see any activities related to photos in the activity report (e.g. who deleted a specific photo).

  19. Fix photo problem

    Photos import from the last job viewed. Requires the user to refresh the browser every time they are viewing a new job. Super annoying and could cause problems if someone made a decision based on the wrong photos. Please fix

  20. Add more invoice template options or allow more formatting options.

    There are currently only two options for invoice templates. There is very little customization for the formatting. It would be nice to add or remove items such as company logo and document title, or allow the use of a letterhead in the header. The ability to change margin size would also be helpful to eliminate the chance of a blank second page in the PDF.
