  1. Allow the user to set the preferred default drop-down option when viewing the activity page.

    Every time you view activity, it defaults to User Created. Being able to set what the default option is.

  2. All Automated Engage Activity Displays under Contact

    When utilizing an automation to send an Engage message, the information will only log on the primary contact when the trigger record is a Task, Job, or Contact trigger.
    This feature is absent when utilizing an automation that triggers from an Invoice, Estimate, Material Order, or Work Order and can only fully be viewed when reviewing the Engage conversation.

    I would like the ability to see all my Engage activity on the primary contact record as this is the source of the phone number and the activity is logged here when an Email communication is sent.

  3. Track time last communication sent to customer

    I would like to track the last time contact was made with a customer. Similar to how "days in status" is tracked

  4. Private Notes Easily Identified in website

    In the Activity Tab of a job, in the notes: If a note has been marked as "Private," the note in the web based version does not show any indication of that note being private (the phone based app does show these as private). The website version of JobNimbus needs this clarification as well. We currently have to click on "Edit" just to see that the note is or is not Private.
