All Automated Engage Activity Displays under Contact
When utilizing an automation to send an Engage message, the information will only log on the primary contact when the trigger record is a Task, Job, or Contact trigger.
This feature is absent when utilizing an automation that triggers from an Invoice, Estimate, Material Order, or Work Order and can only fully be viewed when reviewing the Engage conversation.I would like the ability to see all my Engage activity on the primary contact record as this is the source of the phone number and the activity is logged here when an Email communication is sent.

React Option in Activity Tab
I would like to be able to have a reaction or "like" option within the activity tab to mark when a note or email has been viewed or reviewed by an individual.

Search function with notes
I would like to be able to have a search function that will scan all notes entered on a contact/job and find keywords entered in those notes.

Task notes to contact activity
Notes that entered in tasks & subtasks mirror to the contact activity; with the ability to apply the search/related filters to these notes as well.
For example:
If I wanted to find all of the install task related notes on a contact, I could search in that contact's activity for all related to task notes for "install"5 votes -
Hyperlinking phone numbers in notes
We would like to request that when a note is made with a phone number in the app that it would hyperlink so that you can call someone directly from the note while remaining in the app. We will not always need that secondary contact person to be a 'related' contact, so adding in their number to the notes usually makes the most sense.

Notes on Financials Show on Activity
I'd like the notes that are left on financials, tasks, & work orders to also show on the main activity feed instead of having to toggle to the specified record to view the note.

full calendar in app
Im trying to figure out why the feature of seeing all team members calendars was not implemented in the new app?? My sales people need to be able to click and see our site assessors calendar without pulling up the desktop site (because guess what the desktop site is definitely not app product friendly, it is so glitchy!) please add that option as wells as the boards option to the new app otherwise its useless to our company.

Notify salesperson when they are removed from contact or job
When a person is removed or changed from a contact or job they should be notified of the change so things don't slip through the cracks.

Pin important Notes to top of activity
It would be nice to be able to flag or pin important notes that would stay at the top of the activity so important items do not get buried

The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

Activity Default to "All" instead of "User Created"
We would prefer if the activity for a job populated to "All" instead of "User Created" (or make a setting to change in back end) because we have to change it every time to get "all" the information for a job; thus, defaulting to show you/us everything relevant, instead of only the user created items.

Bold, Italic, Underline, color, etc.
It would be nice to be able to bold or change the color of text in notes to make them stand out

Activity should include Automation events, notifications
We have automated notifications that are emailed to our clients. The System created activities should include copies of those emails send out or at least a note that it was done
