Combined boards
Would like to track both Contacts and Jobs in one single board. Our 1 time customers would not need to have a job created but our builders and real estate customers have multiple jobs. It's confusing to have 2 places to track what are both essentially jobs.
If you’re using the Jobs feature we recommend that you go all-in on Jobs for a few reasons:
1. It will confuse the experience for team members who have to remember when to and when not to create a Job.
2. It will cause you to have to look in two places to find your info, not just on boards but also in reports, in the Contacts area, Jobs area, etc.
3. It will throw off your reports for sales numbers since they won’t be combined into the same pipeline report.
If you can, try going all-in on Jobs and creating a job for each one, even if they don’t necessarily need a “Job”. Based on our experience with customers and how the system is built, it will be easier to use and more consistent.
