Multi-Select Dropdown Option Field Type
I love the new "Option" Field in JN, however, I would like to see another field or an option when creating this field to allow users to select as many as they want from the dropdown.
My current work around is to create two or more separate Option fields. It is a little overwhelming though how long the "Edit Job" or "Edit Contact" screen appears when you have so many fields added to it, especially when it could be condensed by allowing this suggestion of a "Check all that apply" type field to be added.

I would also like to see a new field type added to the CRM: a dropdown with checkboxes that allows us to select more than one option at a time.
The Request: Instead of being restricted to a single "radio button" or a one-choice dropdown, we need the ability to check off multiple categories for things like Trades and Lead Sources.
The "Why" (Real-Life Example):
In the real world, a job is rarely just one thing. My sales reps might go out to a house that needs a Roof Replacement and new Gutters. Right now, because we can only pick one trade, we have to either create a bunch of messy workarounds or just pick the "main" one, which completely ruins our data and reporting later on.It’s the same story with Lead Sources. A customer might tell us they saw our yard sign, but also found us on Google. If we can only check one box, we’re losing half of our marketing data.
The Dream Scenario:
When we’re creating a new job, we click the "Trades" dropdown, check "Roofing," check "Gutters," and check "Siding." Now, that job is properly categorized across the board. It would be amazing to have this as a standard Custom Field Type so we can use it for anything—services, lead sources, or even specific material types. It’s a small UI change that would make our data 10x more accurate.

Custom drop down boxes in jobs. Example - Box titled "Additional Tools" has 30 tools/equipment choices. Currently, you can only pick one item. You need to be able to pick more than 1. You may need painting supplies and scaffolding.

If the Contact/Job Fields had the ability of selecting multiple options, instead of only one, this would be useful to reporting on the multiple variables for the project's management.

When creating a document template and then developing the Template Questions for it, having the option to create a checkbox or drop-down menu would be extremally useful. Some things are only one or two possibilities and having to type in each and every time seems unnecessarily redundant.
