Be able to call all Contacts directly from the job (not just the primary contact) from the app
Currently, WHILE USING THE APP when there is more than one contact attached to a job you can only call the primary contact directly from that job (not the secondary contact). There is a work around which would be to go into "Details" and click on the secondary contact and call from there. However, the problem is that then the notes from that phone call store under the contact and not the job (we are aware to relate the contacts and then when in the job click the “related” button and from there all notes from any attached/related contacts or jobs will be viewable under the job). However, we often have customers with jobs happening at two (or more) locations at once (which would be separate jobs). We need to know when we call a customer that the notes are sticking to the correct job, not to the contact which can be related to many jobs. Contacts should hold information about that specific person, jobs should hold all information about that specific project. Also note: We understand many companies are putting more than one person in a contact, but we are trying to come away from that and use JN the way it was designed.

The most important part of Job Nimbus for me- why we choose it- was so my sales guys could log their phone calls, and then if a customer said they never got a call, we can easily look at the job and see the call. Therefore, if the customer gives a husband and wife number, we want to do our due diligence and call both if the 1st doesn't answer. But, as this poster has said, if the husband is the primary contact and the wife secondary, we have no way to show on the job that we also tried to call the wife. This is very important to us. WE should be able to call all contacts associated with a job from the app and it should be able to be recorded in the job it is associated with. Or at least update the contact to include a spot for husbands info, and then another spot on the same contact for wife's info. Either way would work.

This makes perfect sense for our line of work!
