the unique identifier for a client should NEVER be first and last name - it should be the assigned client ID#. we gave several clients with the SAME NAME - the system forces you to add a character to make it slightly different- problem being is it shows up that way in all the templates, emails, documents etc. in a database the unique identifier should NEVER be first and last name - always something more specific like the client id # - This is a constant issue for our office with 2 clients with same name that i deal with often.
