Adding an internal notes section to a quote.
Customer requested the ability to record notes on a per quote basis that were stored within SumoQuote but only visible internally for contractor use.

"Direct Price Entry" – because it’s about entering the final negotiated job price directly without automatic cost adjustments.
I would like to request a feature that allows me to manually enter a straight price for a job when I negotiate a final amount with a client. Right now, I have to rely on the profit margin slider to either bring me up or down to the agreed price, which can unintentionally change my material and labor costs. The only other option is to create a separate line item for the agreed price, which is inefficient and clutters the estimate. I should be able to simply input the agreed total price directly, without it affecting my calculated material costs…

Company Rep Signature needs to be on Proposals
In the state of MD home improvement contracts require a signature from a licensed company representative. We aren't able to add that to the estimate layout within the settings so we have to manually add it and then sign it via email.

SumoQuote - Default Legacy Estimate Templates
When SumoQuote brings an estimate into JobNimbus, there is no way for me to choose which default template it generates as and seems to be random. Can this be fixed in future updates?

Integrate SumoQuote with GAF QuickMeasure
We would like the option to have SumoQuote integrate with GAF Quickmeasure. The reports cost half as much as EagleView Premium reports and they have the same tokens we use to build out the quotes from EagleView. This would save us a thousands of dollars to use QuickMeasure instead. I uploaded a sample file review

Refine search results in SumoQuote
Refine search results: When searching for part of a name on the project page, the search returns no projects with the specific name. For example, when searching for the name "Nathan", all projects show up. But when using the address, or a different part of the name (last name "Lanham"), the search returns the correct project. Using " " does not assist in searching the correct project.

Sales person automatically added to authorization page as a signer
Within a layout, include a way to enable the sales person to be added as a signer automatically so that sales teams don't forget to add themselves to quotes when signing is required by state law.

CRITICAL FEATURE: Cash Discounts - (discounts that only apply to certain payment options)
We are thrilled to see that SumoQuote is making it easier to showcase financing options and payment amounts. However, most contractors who offer financing also offer a cash discount. This is a critical feature for us.
Dealer fees are expensive so we build it into our markup, but we offer a lower cost if the customer chooses a self-pay option rather than financing. It would be great if we could add discounts that are only available for specific payment options. For example, 10% off but only if you choose to pay-in-full.
Bonus points: Discounts based on deposit amount would also…

Allow Admins to Build/Assign Personal Layouts for Team Members
Most of the reps in our company love the idea of having personalized quotes, but aren't familiar enough with SumoQuote to be able to effectively create them under the layouts section. I would love a way to be able to build my team layouts and assign them to singular reps.

Page Numbers on Estimates
Currently, Estimates do not show any page numbers on them. You can technically create custom sales PDFs, and manually put a page number on it, but it would be useless because not all estimates are the same number of pages. Depending on how you fill out the products/services portion and also the quantity of photos; our normal estimates can range from 20-40 pages.
Similarly, no photos are automatically labeled as "photo 1, 2, 3, etc.". We were a previous Leap and SalesPro customer, and they have the functionality to show both page numbers and photo numbers. See attached.

Enable the ability to delete the auto-contact info of the sales rep shown on the estimate cover page.
On the cover page of the proposal in the bottom left corner it automatically lists the email and phone number of the Sales Rep linked on JN. The issue is that this has been very confusing to the customer. It is just a random email and phone number listed right next to the customer's info, but shoved in the bottom left corner. See screenshot. How can we delete this feature?

SUMOQUTE - ENABLING HYPERLINKS ON QUOTE PAGE & ADDING IMAGES TO EACH MATERIAL
This would be incredibly helpful:
Adding a toggle option to enable/disable hyperlinks for materials on the quote page (hyperlinks are already a feature in other sections of SumoQuote). This would allow us to turn on hyperlinks for the quote, and when viewing the PDF, users could click on an item to open its hyperlink, which could link to product specifications, brochures, installation videos, or manuals for production (we use a duplicate of the signed contract and modify it for production work orders).

Ability to Lock Specific Estimate Page Layouts from Salesmen Editing
Create a feature where the admin that created the estimate template can LOCK certain pages, so that a sales rep cannot edit them in the field (either by accident or on purpose). The best example would be the Home Improvement Contract/Terms and Conditions. I would never want my salesmen editing that.

Don't force the "Taxable Subtotal" to be displayed on the Quote Details. Instead, make it an option.
When a customer looks at the quote details page, they see:
- Quote Total
- Taxable Subtotal
- Tax
- Total
This is too much information that leads to confusion from the customer, and unnecessary phone calls or emails to attempt to explain why we have to list so much fluff.2 votes -
Auto-Populate All Related Contact Information in New Sales Experience for Signature Routing
In the current New Sales experience within JobNimbus, when adding signers for a document, only the Primary Contact’s Name and Email auto-populate for signature. However, other Related Contacts (e.g., co-owners, spouses, or additional decision-makers) that are already associated with the job or contact record are not available in the signer dropdown and must be manually searched, copied, and pasted.

Being able to round to a whole number is huge. Have lost jobs because of this not being a feature.

Copy calculations with measurement tokens
Because any product/service is duplicated multiple times based on units and supplier integrations and many manufactures of similar products It would be great if I could nail a calculation and copy/paste it to other like products. Right now if I make a complicated equation, I can copy paste but it doesn't pick up the measurement token. I have to go in and replace the pasted text with the corresponding measurement token. A Toggle To Still Charge For But Easily Hide the Sales Tax Amount From Showing On The Estimate
We need to charge sales tax but it would be great if there was a toggle to show or not show that sales tax on estimates. We would like to just show the final total estimate number on the estimate. It presents well and homeowners and contractors alike prefer it.
I know there's work arounds but those just cause other problems.

Add Additional Markup or Discount
In the stand alone SumoQuote on the estimates detail page there was the option to "Add Additional Markup or Discount" That has been changed in the JobNimbus version to only be "Add Discount" The only way to adjust it is with the margin slider which alters every line item and is a pian to fix if you need to undo anything because you have to go back and individually fix each line item.

Margin slider stays stable when editing prices on items
When editing items in SumoQuote the margin slider sometimes moves on it’s own to adjust. We want it to always stay constant, or at least have an option for that.
