Certainly something that we’ve discussed. At the moment we haven’t had too many requests for this, but I’m sure this would be a consideration for our template builder improvements in the future.

An error occurred while saving the comment George Gastelum commentedThere should be a checkbox for "Custom Reports" in the Access Profiles section so that we can control who has access to this. Also, when saving a new custom report, we should be able to have the option to make it visible to whatever access profiles we have created. Currently, the only options in the drop-down are "Just Me", "Admins Only", and "All Team Members"

The only thing we can do at this point is send them an email with both the estimate and the attachment (picture product, area to be repaired, etc), but unfortunately this doesn't do any good if we are trying to get signatures and the estimate makes reference to an attachment that is not part of the same file.

An error occurred while saving the comment George Gastelum commentedAnd it would be great if in addition to sharing, we could customize the forms layout. Example: we provide a roof condition report to our customers. The information that the field rep collects during the roof inspection will be in a JobNimbus form, we would like to turn around and be able to present this as our report with our logo and a header displaying the job info (which would be helpful if it was auto populated). Otherwise, we need to get all the information the rep put in the form into our report template, and that's just extra work we don't need :(

Add me to the list, our contract has a couple initial fields, so this would allow us to capture the entire agreement through JN. Also, like Melissa Johnson commented, being able to create templates with fields that the recipient can complete along with the signature will streamline our process. We currently have to do all this on a different system (Docusign), in order to have the document workflow we need. It would be really helpful if JN could take care of all this.
