You can use Email Templates to add signatures for each user when sending emails from either the Add Note feature or when sending automated emails.
Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime.
Anonymous supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI would like to be able to save an email signature to be automatically added to any emails sent out through my account to customers, the way I can on Gmail. Right now I am continuing to use Gmail the majority of the time because otherwise I have to manually add a screenshot of my email signature to any emails I send thru JobNimbus. Perhaps more importantly, either way I cannot manually add a screenshot of my email sig to any automated emails so would need a way for it to be automatically added.
We also need to be able to perform bulk actions on tasks-- specifically to change due dates on multiple tasks at once.
