Email Signatures
This should be as easy as taking the contact information from the user and dropping HTML code to pull that info from the database. The user would have a checkbox option to include signature, which would be selected by default.
You can use Email Templates to add signatures for each user when sending emails from either the Add Note feature or when sending automated emails.
Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime.

I totally agree with this request as it is critical for proper communication with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

It would be great if each staff member could have an email signature built in so you do not need to enter that everytime.

I would also like to see the ability to set up email signatures at the user level.
Where we struggle with signatures with the current functionality is dynamically populating information from people other than the sales rep. It's common for us to have multiple "Assigned Users", but ideally each user would have their own signature which goes out with sent emails.

I would like to be able to save an email signature to be automatically added to any emails sent out through my account to customers, the way I can on Gmail. Right now I am continuing to use Gmail the majority of the time because otherwise I have to manually add a screenshot of my email signature to any emails I send thru JobNimbus. Perhaps more importantly, either way I cannot manually add a screenshot of my email sig to any automated emails so would need a way for it to be automatically added.

Is there a way to create a personalized signature template for our emails? Every email I send, I have to write my name, job title, company, company email/phone etc. so it would be awesome if we can have our own template!!

Please add a way in the profile settings to have a custom email signature for every rep with their own contact info that can be attached to emails

Email signatures should automatically populate when starting an email and replying. The amount of times I have to retype my signature daily is utterly exhausting.

Currently, the only way to use Templates is to have a different template for every single person who is sending emails from JN.
And everyone who is doing it has access to everyone else's.
Couldn't each use just set one up? Use name and contact info by default?

The ability to create a signature block under the "my info" portion of a profile. I have no access to settings therefore I cannot create an email template with a signature block included.

Again a simple item that would make the email feature significantly easier to use. Has been requested for 3 years and no activity. Each user should have this ability.

Maybe this already exists and I missed it. Each time I send an email I have to type my name, company name, position and phone number/fax number. It would be superb if there was a way to create an email signature that will automatically appear on your email page. Couldn't it be set up and managed under user settings?

this would be so helpful! especially when out in the field and using the mobile app...too time consuming to cut & paste
