Yeah, I'd love this too—having different workflows by service area would help cut down on the mess we deal with now. We handle multiple cities and trying to force one setup for all is just not cutting it. Something like what https://emersonproservices.com/carrollton/ does, where they clearly separate services by location, is what we need built into the workflow structure.

I had the same issue tracking different sources more precisely, especially separating paid ads from referrals. What helped me organize everything better was splitting lead sources in my CRM to match traffic setups from https://howtogenerateyourownleads.com/products/generate-roofing-leads-with-complete-search-ads-template-google-bing. That way, I could clearly see which Google or Bing campaigns were working. Having clearer data made following up way easier and helped cut out what wasn’t performing.

It's understandable that you're looking for JobNimbus to integrate with non-Google platforms like Apple and Microsoft. It can be a hassle to have to manually copy data back and forth between Nimbus and Outlook for scheduling tasks.
I see it’s been a while since this was posted, but I just want to ask if anyone's found a good workaround for this. We're also trying to add just one or two people without switching everything to monthly. Curious how others are handling this now—are you just biting the bullet and paying yearly, or did support offer any flexibility?
