I had the same issue tracking different sources more precisely, especially separating paid ads from referrals. It's understandable that you're looking for JobNimbus to integrate with non-Google platforms like Apple and Microsoft. It can be a hassle to have to manually copy data back and forth between Nimbus and Outlook for scheduling tasks.
Yeah, I'd love this too—having different workflows by service area would help cut down on the mess we deal with now. We handle multiple cities and trying to force one setup for all is just not cutting it. Something like what https://emersonproservices.com/carrollton/ does, where they clearly separate services by location, is what we need built into the workflow structure.
