AI agent for followup messaging
I would love an AI agent built in or as a plug-in that follows an email or text thread with each of your customers, sees and reviews any new messages from the customer, drafts a suggested response from you, saves it as a draft, and sends you a pop up notification for you to review, edit, or approve the suggested response, and send it from the pop-up.

I see it’s been a while since anyone’s posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone has found a good workaround for sending consistent, personalized follow-up messages without having to manually track every lead? I’m curious if integrating with something like Zapier or using templates with conditional rules has worked for anyone here. Trying to cut down on dropped leads but still keep the messaging relevant.
