    You can use Email Templates to add signatures for each user when sending emails from either the Add Note feature or when sending automated emails.

    Direct email signatures per user from their profile is still on our development list but this is a great workaround in the meantime.

    Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.

    The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

    We utilize the description field, but still wish daily we had the ability to "pin" an important post instead of having to search and find specific entries based on a word search.
