    My Concern on what has been developed as the notification when sending proposals....

    I would rather it say, "you have an estimate or proposal to review". Some elderly folks might feel like if they open the link, that they would HAVE to sign it.

    Currently each item on the calendar is colored according to the assignee, but we always exploring new ideas and ways to better represent the information on the calendar.

    In the meantime, you can use icons in Task Type and Contact/Job/WO workflow settings to help distinguish between different types of items on the calendar.

  6. Work orders need to be Appointments on the calendar!!!!! That is the only way to sync with Goggle calendar.
